Went today for Mothers Day with my family. We had a party of about 11. We made a reservation weeks before. Last time I was here was probably 15 years ago. Absolutely nothing has changed. Nothing was updated and it felt a little dingy. But besides all of that there were quite a few other problems with our experience. Ill list them. We were in the door way so all the wait staff kept walking by leaving the door to outside open so there was a constant breeze. I was cold and so were my kids. We asked if the door could be closed and they said yes and then left it open. The wait staff was nice except for 1 lady who was super rude and kept getting very defensive. The fondue flame went out and she acted like we were being a nuisance. Every time we said thank you, she wouldnt respond. I got the pepper steak which was good, however some of the other meals were lacking. My uncle got chicken Marsala which had barely any chicken on it. It was basically just a piece of bone. When he said something the waitress said oh I guess I can go see if there is a bigger piece..like it was going out of her way. So he refused and was still hungry. My husband left hungry as well. The portion sizes were very small for what you pay and the food wasnt anything overly special for the price. Our bill was outrageous for what we got. Overall I would not ever go back to this overpriced restaurant.

Not sure what any of you are talking about ! we moved here about 2 weeks ago and my husband said we should check this place out cause it got " great reviews "... well here we go !!! not that great of service, they were short of staff ! crab cakes tasted about as good as a fish filet sandwich from mcdonalds ! my husbands veil was way over cooked and they gave him 3 pieces of vegetables ! my rice was tough and hard ! salad was a salad ! my salmon was decent but nothing better than a chilis could cook ! the best part was the wine and how can u possibly screw that up. never ever go there again ! only way that meal would of been worth the $113 dollars we spent is if i was starving and about to die !

After living 45 years in germany and having a german mom and a german grandma I know how a Schnitzel should taste! For $20 I expected someting better! The Spätzle had to much flower. Staff was friendly. But when they asked me how I liked my food , I was honest. They seemed to be shocked after I told them that me and my daughter did not like it at all. No compassion was shown. Even the Manager or owner (?) seemed to be offened. I expected a different reaction at least from him.

Overall...too pricey for the food, atmosphere, and service. Their food was over-salted. They had only two older servers and were serving over 20 ppl, which filled the place. Most ppl were older folks in their retirement. The place was extremely dusty, I seen cobwebs. The place should drop their prices to $15-$20 not the $25-$35 they have, or clean the place up, get better and more servers, and hire an actual cook not one that covers up his lack of cooking with SALT.

We were very disappointed in the service and food here. It was definitely not worth the prices they charge! It took forever to get any of our food. We probably waited at least 45 minutes for our main entrees after eating our salad! When we did get our main entrees, nothing was hot and the steak was very dry. We were not the only ones dissatisfied with this restaurant as we heard a customer near us telling the waitress how bad the service was! We wont be going back!

My family visited for Thanksgiving dinner, and I must say, absolutely AH-mazing!!! I normally can only eat turkey and mashed potatoes for thanksgiving, but I loved everything they put on my plate! It was a five course meal, and each dish was served promptly and the previous dish taken away swiftly. The staff were delightful and experienced, and the atmosphere is absolutely charming. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat now!

The elderly gentlman that was at the door was extremely rude the entire time. Not just to us but other people eating and the staff. We ordered the lamb steaks. They arrived at the table 2 hours after ordering and where a disgusting raw purple in the center when ordered medium well. Then to be charged for food the was niether eaten nor edible added insult to injury. Mothers day dinner was ruined by this rediculous establishment.

My husband took me here for our anniversary. They were very nice and set up a centrepiece that he had brought in earlier. The decor is adorable. Its a cute little place but the food was not great for the price. Service was great except that we could hear the music and conversation from the kitchen. The dining room could probably use some background music. Oh, and dont order the fondue.

First and last time here. Couldnt refill drinks, steaks were not properly cooked. Took almost an hour just to get our food. When they refired my steak, the waitress took my entire plate back and when she returned, she didnt have all of the lobster she left with. The new steak was filed with so much gristle, I could only eat about half. Definitely over priced. REDICULOUS!

We went there twice during the first week of October 2014. The service was outstanding, but the food was terrible. The first time we had Jaeger Schnitzel and thought that maybe it was just the Swiss version that made it taste bad. The second time we had steak, but there was no improvement in the food. We expected much better food for the price.

They had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The staff was polite and on point with customer service. It was beautiful for just what it was which is continental fine dining classics like Chicken Cordon Bleu, Filet Mignon, Almond Rosemary Salmon, Jaeger Schnitzel Spaetzel, etc.

Birthday dinner, didnt have reservations. We were seated quickly but it took 15 minutes before we had a drink and 20 to see menu. Food was good, atmosphere was good, service was good. Be sure to allow about 1 hour 20 minutes.

This us a beautiful location, and the food is AMAZING! The cream if mushroom is the best Ive ever had. My wife and I split the schnitzel and it was excellent. Great staff and wonderful view in the outdoor eating area.

Had New York strip, parm.mash potatos,carrots.greens salad. Excellent flavor profile all around. Dont ask for refills or extra anything. Experience the chefs dishes as prepared! (What you get is what you get.)

Just perfect. Great staff. Most entrees $30-$35. Fantastic selection from fish to steaks all done to perfection. Get the chocolate cake...to die for!!
