This is an awesome Authur Hills designed public course with beautiful views, great condition, and fair challenge. Five sets of tee that fit every players skill/ability, makes it challenging and fun to play. A few blind holes but make them interesting to play if you pick the right aim point and execute as intended. A couple of par 5s, #6 and #11 require not only well executed tee shots, but also second or approach shots, which make the birdies more deserving and satisfying on these holes. #13 requires well executed tee shot that favors right side of the fairway since the fairway is pretty severely sloped from the right to the left. Second/approach shot on #13 requires accuracy to fly through a quite narrow entrance to the green. That makes all the fun plus the greens roll pretty true and are in great condition. There are quite few holes deserve well executed and planed shot making but you will find out on your own pretty soon. A fun, fair but challenge course requires to game with all the clubs in your bag. This is such a course where you need to game with all the clubs in your bag. Whether you have the ability to bomb it from the tee, or tee off with irons dictated by the hole and situation at the moment, you can score and birdie. I have had so much fun playing this course not mentioning the course reminded me of somewhat a link course without the pot bunkers.

Very nice course, greens were in perfect condition, nice layout. 2 stars however for PACE OF PLAY. 5+ hour round including 2:45 on the back nine. Almost 20 min per hole! Waiting on every shot is miserable! And obviously these people had no clue anyone else was in their world, on that golf course. Two groups holding everyone up and no Marshaller in sight. This is the courses responsibility and inexcusable imo. Other reviewers saying Marshal was rude. At least they were trying to keep people moving that day.. you might have been the ones holding everyone up.

4.5 star experience. Picked up a twilight tee time on Friday, the course was empty because of one short thunderstorm around 3pm. This course is beautiful in its surroundings, and by design. Fairways offer generous landing areas, but not without a couple mid-fairway bunkers here and there. Greens are in very good condition right now, and putts rolled smoothly. I usually dislike courses that wind through rich neighborhoods, but the houses do not encroach on the playing ground. Unique holes and good views. You cant go wrong with this course for the price.

This is my favorite course on the north side of the Denver metroplex. The greens have always been incredibly healthy and roll more smoothly than any other public course Ive played. The layout has a great variety with some cool shots framed by trees, creeks and tall grass. I like to bomb it off the tee and then figure it out from there, but Legacy forces you to use more clubs than your driver and places a high priority on position. All they need to do is open up the "closed" tee box on number 18.

Legacy Ridge is a well maintained course in a very nice neighborhood. Our annual Colorado Golf Binge group played the course for our first time last week. We really enjoyed the course and found the greens to be the finest and fastest wed played all week. The ninth hole is a beauty. Be sure to stay left on your approach shot. And the 18th hole is a good challenge with a tree lined fairway and a front sand trap to grab attempts at reaching in two.

Great cousre. Challenging and the lay out lets you see the scenery. Expensive but on par with the area. The greens are in great shape and the course is well maintained. The pace of play is glacial. Five and a half hours to play a round is crazy! marshal should be moving things along or space out the tee times. Literally waiting on each shot is ridiculous. If you have a lot, and i mean a lot, of time to play check it out.

My husband and I golfed at legacy ridge not to long ago. Very busy but we got on at the tee time we reserved. Marshal was very rude to us, we were keeping up with play waiting for the group in front of us and he was hassling us to play quicker. We cant go any quicker waiting for the group in front of us, poor customer service to say the least.

Price increase on driving range(11 a lrge bucket for pinnacles), no more twilight rates....really enjoyed playing here And love the friendly staff. Course is usually in good condition and there are some fun holes, but i feel like they are going for a different customer now....oh well.....ill miss it.

Course is in nice shape. Views are nice . Holes are not that memorable. Par 5 6th hole is poorly designed and the 18th Hole is totally out of character with the rest of the golf course. Probably one of the worst finishing holes I have ever played. There are better courses to play for $60

Nice course horrible customer service. Stopped in to hit a bucket of range balls at 5:55 tonight had some young kid yell at me the range was closed. Would much rather spend my money down the street where they know how to treat customers. Last time I go to legacy.

Nice fairways , well maintained, difficult layout. The USGA must have been smoking pot when they rated this course. I have played 50 courses in the Denver with a higher course rating , that played easier. If you dont spin the ball , youll never hold the green.

This is a tough course, Holes 3 and 6 will make you think about club selection. The quality of the course is excellent, it does not feel or look like a city owned course. Westminster does a great job managing their courses and they are a pleasure to play.

Great course, we were disappointed with their rain check policy. Our foursome was on the 12th hole when the rain and lightning hit. We were refused rain checks. Makes for some expensive golf. We will play our golf elsewhere from now on.

Ive played close to 30 different public courses in Denver and this is top 5 for value and quality. Great layout and well maintained especially for a city owned course

Worst 18th hole I have ever played. Designer must have been high when he drew it up.
