One Bad Bartender made for an Awful Experience. Went to the Qdoba bar on New Years Eve to relax and watch a college football game. Instead, I had to endure the immature and rude antics of the red-bearded bar tender the whole time. The guy went on and on talking about the times he would get blackout drunk, how he played immature pranks on his coworkers, how he would wake up hung over and keep drinking so that he could get through his next shift at work (functionally inebriated at work instead of hung over). He brought out a windup toy motorcycle and played with it on the bar (where patrons had food and drink). He started throwing cardboard drink coasters like ninjas stars at one point. He paced back and forth, back and forth, back and forth behind the bar expressing how he felt like he was in a small prison cell at work. He openly shared how much he hates Christmas and bragged about how quickly he tore down Christmas decorations that his coworkers had set up around the bar. His favorite stories were about his drunk customers when he worked at the Terminal Bar in Union Station, and about his blackout drunk experiences. He even told middle school jokes like "why is 6 afraid of 7, because 7 ate 9." I could go on and on, it was so bad! Again, all I wanted was to have a beer and watch the football game and my experience was hijacked by frat boy antics, middle school jokes, and stories about drunken debauchery. Lastly, I came to find out this morning (when reviewing my receipt) that the bartender overcharged me. My wife and I each ordered an entree, and handed the bartender a buy one entree get one entree free coupon. The bartender took the coupon but still charged us for both entrees (an extra $8.50). Dont know whether the bartender was just too inattentive and busy telling stories to make sure our bill was right, or whether he wanted a bigger tip and so charged us for both entrees intentionally; at this point it doesnt matter all that much why it happened, ultimately my wife and I are out $10 (including the 20% tip we have on the $8.50 entree we shouldnt have been charged for). Qdoba used to have $1 Coors Light bottles all day everyday with a policy of no tipping. Now each beer is $5 a piece, tipping is expected, and after this horrible experience with the immature bartender I will likely be taking my future business to nearby WestRail instead. Hope things improve at the Qdoba bar, and maybe the red bearded bartender gets some training regarding professionalism and attention to detail!

We ate here today. I dont know why a Qdoba would have a bar and all that ( except the bucks ) but part of that, at this location seems to be having a bathroom where the stalls are nearly dark, which is kind of creepy. Get some light in the stalls, people, so we can see theyre CLEAN? Then this location also has the bar leading into an outdoor patio. They have a big garage door that they open. The PROBLEM IS, in warm weather, it allows swarms of FLIES into the main indoor restaurant area, which is disgusting to have around your food, when you CHOOSE to eat inside! Then today, they were out of unsweetened tea and my partner bought iced tea. Shes diabetic. We had to wait the entire length of the meal, for them to make some more. Then we filled her cup and left. When we got down the road on the way home, she tasted it and it was SWEETENED! I think well avoid this Qdoba in the future, though we love eating at the other ones - that dont come across like a dive bar!

Its okay burritos are usually alright if they have all the items you want. They were completely out of sour cream on a Monday night @ 9pm I think they closed at 10 pm this visit. Also rice has been terribly undercooked before at this location when half of your burrito is rice based please cook it properly and taste test prior to serving if needed. Staff was blah its Qdoba I understand you hate your job but you dont have to show it in front of your customers. Leader / Manager sorely needed here. If there was a closer Qdoba to me that was better I would go there sadly this location is my best option outside of Chipotle. Sad because this was my go to spot.

I went to Qdobas years ago. I never was a fan of any of the food. As much as everyone likes it I didnt. So in comes this new one with a full service bar. This now all makes sense. Qdoba needs to extend the service that is given to the more illustrious night life scene that is in dire need in Lakewood. With Belmar down the way and farther into the city the best way to have options to go out. This particular venue has completely redone interior design with hard wood walls to the patio area that suits a summer Colorado night that moves away from casual into a more restaurant esk sense. This is a great step for the company.

Location has only been open a week so far but my first experience went pretty smooth. When I called with questions about breakfast they had answers. I faxed an order in and they received it and had my order ready on time for pick up. When there was confusion over pricing per tortilla size the manager explained what had happened and made the customer happy. However....they forgot our queso on all 6 burritos... As for the building this location is beautiful. The flowers painted on the wall are brilliant.

Great food! It was a crazy Friday night. I wanted to point out the young man who was new and freshly learning his role there in the line and at the register. He was clearly tired and wanting to do his best. He persevered and was problem solving his way through the register. I hope he gets a break soon and is told how appreciated he is. Weve all been there and we all need someone to keep us going.

Tried this place twice now. 30 minute wait each time. First time had 15 people in front of me. 2nd time tried ordering through the bar as I had been told it was faster. Nope. 30 minutes both times. Food is good but this location has staff that dont seem to have the hang of things yet. I went at 7:30pm on a Wednesday. Hardly prime time. Ill wait another 6 months before trying again.

I have been there at least 8 times and have only had one decently wrapped burrito and thats because I asked for it to be re-wrapped. Im ordering a burrito not a iPad tablet. All the ingredients are just coming out and it makes it impossible to eat. Ive had friends complain as well. This severely needs to be fixed. Teach your employees how to properly wrap burritos please.

Ive been here with friends and family a couple times for some of the staff which are close friends and Im so happy there is a Qdoba by our house! I know it just opened a little while ago and it still has some bug and kinks to work out; but it was a friendly and fun place to hang out. They have a great little bar. And good set-up. I can wait to see whats in store here!
