I was really surprised at how the staff cant take an order. I ordered vary clearly in plan English, not Chinese, Russian or Spanish but in fact English a frozen coke FLOAT. I believe this should make my self quite clear I dont just a frozen coke, but I want a frozen coke with IceCream in it. witch is the whole meaning of adding the word FLOAT at the end. when I ordered the person just said" ok" like they got what I said. however, sure enough when I get my item its just a frozen coke. I told them that I ordered a frozen coke float. they replied "we dont serve that anymore" I replied "well its not that hard to add icecream" the manager came over and yelled " thats 50 cents more" I told here "thats fine I just want a coke float" they finally made what I was asking for but when I handed her my card to pay she screamed "DONT YOU HAVE ANY CASH!!" I looked into my wallet witch had no cash all I had was my card. I replied "I do not have any cash just my card" she then tossed my card at me and yelled " JUST TAKE IT, NEXT TIME YOU COME HERE ORDER WRIGHT" this manager is so rude I will take my business to some other place like MCDONALDS. btw, I have ordered a frozen coke just a few weeks ago at another burgerking the same way and had no problems they understood what I wanted vary clearly. I do not recommend this store and if at any cost go somewhere else.

Massive inability to acknowledge the customers that are bloody well standing right in front of the register for over 7 minutes. Theres absolutely NO reason why anyone should be left without even saying Hello, welcome to Burger King, Ill be with you in just a moment...what made it worse is that the manager was also one of those that paid ZERO attention to the customers the store, totally offensive. Im glad it wasnt my store, Id be hiring almost a completely new staff after that. The lady that did finally help us made some guttural sound that I assume was meant to be akin to May I help you?, it most certainly wasnt, it was so incredible to see this. And this is what Burger King wants to be known for? Thats awful. Ive NEVER been treated so poorly before and Ill guarantee that Ill not be treated this way again. Absolutely deplorable service and the cleanliness of the dining room was atrocious...I had to wipe off my own table and that of the two tables next to us, it was disgusting. And there was, most certainly, enough staff working to manage proper dialogue with the customers and even to have someone spend five minutes to wipe down the dining room. But I guess this is what Burger King likes and wants. Deplorable service and disgusting conditions.

Arrived today with some friends to eat lunch. Im assuming the clerk at the front was still in training as it appeared she was having issues on how to operate the register. Placed orders as normal, but the total came out a bit higher than I would have imagined but dismissed it. However, the clerk had mistakenly given us medium drinks after we ordered larges. When we inquired about the error, the same clerk from before game a one word answer and smeared at us as if we had caused the inconveniences. After taking our food and arriving at home, we unpacked to realize that part of the order was charged and made twice, as well as giving me a normal hit dog instead of my ordered chilly dog. We didnt mind the extra food, but it showed how the front end seemed unenthusiastic about accurate customer service, even if one of the team members was in training. The food tasted delightful as on any day, but my expectations towards how orders were made and how we were treated is a sepperate account, and not a good one. Luckily theres another BK on the south side of town that I havent had any problems with, and wouldnt mind the drive.

Really wanted BK but wont be coming back to this one. We stood there for 10 minutes until they acknowledged us with a "be right with you." All the while one of the employees kids ran across the table tops and screemed while running unsupervised through the restaurant. 5 cars through drive through later they finally come to take our order. We order, she goes to get our cups (which are open side down in a dispenser mind you) and she flips the cup over with one hand and holds the cup from the top with 4 fingers inside and the thumb outside. I asked for a new cup and she asked why. I said because you shoved your hand inside that one and Id like a new cup. She put the first cup back on a different stack and grabbed me a new cup snarling the whole time. Fast forward 10 more minutes she calls the number and slides me the tray, then walls away. Pay a little closer attention to your customer service there BK.

They have a play place which is awesome but its litterally a bridge and a lady bug. Anyway not complaining to bad about it cuz Im happy that there is a Okay place. But what Im really reviewing is the bathroom my daughter 2 yes old had a blow out and incase you dont know what that is is... it is poop everywhere cuz it blew out of their diaper when I went to the bathroom to change her diaper there was no changing room and I was pissed. Im okay and over now and I wanna thank you for at least having a clean bathroom so I could lay my daughter on the floor. I hope you find room for improvement with a changing table

Every time I go here something is wrong. Normally they get my order wrong. This time was the last time I try. They took a minute to greet me at the drive up menu. I was greated with "what do you want?" I could hear a child in the backround on the speaker. I then get to the first window, hand my card to the young lady that looks at me and asks, "you have cash?" I am positive she pocketed the $25 I gave her. Get to second window, this girl doesnt say one word to me, I tried to converse with her to no response. Guess what I start driving, order is wrong. I am DONE

Id give it zero stars if I could. I was the only person in line, it took them about ten minutes to take my order. Two orders went out after mine should have. Its been twenty mins. I ask for my money back and the manager gets an attitude and refuses, proceeds to tell me shell call the cops because I wouldnt take the food after so long and wanting my money back. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I would be ashamed to be the owner of this establishment. Will never return here.
