Just had a lunch over there. The server (Maria?) was really unfriendly. Wanted to sell me a drink although I ordered a cheeseburger and French fries. Refusing to articulate although English is not my first language and I asked a lot to repeat more slowly. No smile. I asked for the bill and she gave me a paper with no price. When I asked again, she sighed, didnt apologize and gave me the good note without a regard. When I asked for the wifi password, she crabbed " I dont know". I asked her 3 times to find it, to ask to the other workers, or to call to the chief. She didnt apologize, didnt say that she couldnt have the information in another way. Just repeating laughing at me with a provocative smile " I dont know". I always thought that American people have a wonderful sense of serving the client. I never saw that. Sad...

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. My sister-in-law found 2 hairs in her burger and one in her fries! Then when we bring it to their attention and they make us wait for our refund while they help other customers. Then the person working the register has the nerve to be angry at my brother-in-law!?!? Be angry that someone is letting their hair in the food! And if your employee would have made us the priority you wouldnt have customers walking away hearing about your disgusting food handling!

I was at the mall, so I stopped here and got a grilled cheese sandwich and french fries. Both were some of the best food I have had in a long time. Really well seasoned! Great, large portions. Reasonable pricing too. I would recommend!

If I could rate a 0 I would. First off girl working the front could not speak English. I ordered my burger with no onions and it had onions. I wanted Mayo and ketup and they charged me .50 cents. The worst food and service ever....

Most disappointing BLT I can remember and I have had a lot in my life. Taste was good, but so little between the bread. Same could be said for the kids grilled cheeses, lot of bread but little between.

Local burger place in the mall. Made to order burgers. The burger combo had a lot of fries that were cooked to perfection. The bun was grilled and the burger was a good size.

WORST hamburgers in Colorado. Uncooked, patty and bacon, not worth the pay. We didnt eat more than half without wanting to throw up. Save your money and do NOT come here.
