Not a great experience today. We arrived and were seated immediately. Ordered drinks and wings for an appetizer. After quite awhile, the wings came but they were the wrong sauce. Not a huge deal, but ok. Searched for about 15 minutes for the waiter to come back so we could let him know. He finally came and took them back to correct. Few minutes later, here comes our meals. Again, the food was incorrect. Ordered with no tomatoes and there were tomatoes. Again, not a huge deal. Took them off myself and proceeded on. Halfway through the meal, our corrected wings finally made their appearance. Had to get a take home box at this point. Finally done, couldnt track down the waiter to get the check. So we grabbed the pay station thing on the table. Opened the bill, and noticed the wings were not on the tab. Figured that they comped them due to the mix up early on. Paid the bill, added the tip and as I was getting ready to hit submit, the whole device was taken out of my hands. Shocked, I looked at some random Red Robin employee who said, you are paying the wrong bill. Apparently someone had switched the devices on two of the tables and we had ordered eerily similar items. The manager came over to the table and removed the battery from the device to try to cancel the transaction. Came back to our table with a different device and said this is your bill, pay this one (yes the wings were now included). When I asked for something to show that the first transaction did not go through or was cancelled, I was told "trust me, it didnt go through" and then walked away. Yeah, I think not. I had to then sit there and pull up my credit card account to verify that it didnt go through twice, making me now late back to work. I get that there are off days, and that mistakes happen, but we didnt get even an apology from management. No sorry for all the mistakes, no let me make this right, no nothing. Such a shame. It was one of my favorite restaurants.

We love this Red Robin, they have always provided us with excellent service and food and come about 3-4 times a month. However, I highly recommend that you run out of this restaurant as fast as you can if youre seated in Matthews section (curly hair and glasses that serves in the bar area). He most definitely does not show the experience or the attitude to be serving in the bar area. I literally am reconsidering ever going back to this location because of the absolutely terrible service we received this weekend. Not many people were seated in the restaurant at the time and we saw him maybe a total of 2 times because he was standing in the corner by the cash registers talking loudly to a busboy about how lousy the last table was because they only tipped them a total of $5. I ordered a dessert and left before receiving it because we had waited 20 additional minutes for Matthew to bring it out and never saw him again. Unfortunately we had somewhere to be and couldnt wait any longer. Terrible that you have moved Matthew to a server at this location, we will not be returning if problem is not handled.

Not a place for Veterans ! Today on Memorial Day I went there with my 15 year old son to order food to go. I am a disable vet and have trouble standing and walking. I asked at the entrance of the restaurant where do I go to order for Take Out, I was told up in the bar. When I walk in the bar , I see a sign that says no one in the bar under 21, so I ask a waitress where can I sit to order take out she pointed at a table. I sit down at this table with my son and a waitress brought me menus. I asked her again if me and my son could sit there and she said yes as long as we only order food to go. In a few minutes another waitress came over for my order and I ordered, but when she found out it was to go, she told me I had to go over to the bar, where it was either at the bar or there were no seats and I am disabled. This was the third person who told me something different and she had no consideration for me not having a place to sit. I told my son this was too much, lets go. What made it worse all the tables were empty ! I will never eat there again.

WORST RED ROBIN EVER!!! I ate there once and hoped the AMAZINGLY HORRIBLE service was simply a one time thing from an overworked server at the end of her shift. I called the front end manager after leaving the restaurant and he was greatly apologetic and said he would mail a gift card to encourage me to come back in and try it again. Ive now been waiting about 3 months for said gift card. So now lets forward to *ding ding* round two (was dragged here by family for a birthday) and bad went to worse thanks to Mr. Jerk Personality Host and then horrible service again. I guess this place would be okay if they were fully staffed and only had three tables of four people. But dont go during dinner time, or when theres more than 12 customers, or ever. I would rather lick the bottom of my shoes while being punched in the head than eat here ever again. I wish I had 2 extra hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down.

The only reason I have been here several times despite all the problems is because my two friends have low standards. Every. Single. Time we come here we have to send back our drinks a couple times because the glassware is FILTHY. Food stuck to it, I even got a cup once with lip marks still on the lip. Last time my chicken sandwhich was RAW. Our waiter was no where to be seen and never even came back except to throw our check on the table. No refills, no checking to see if the food was satisfactory. I didnt even eat it, he saw I cut it in half, visibly pink and he said NOTHING. He walked by so quick I couldnt even tell him I wasnt going to pay for it so his tip covered it instead. I now tell my friends no every time they want to eat here.

Very unhappy, had very poor service, had to ask for fries 4 different times before receiving them, and when they finally came it was after our food had came, and this was after watching another table receive 3 baskets of fries after I had asked the first time. There was two stalls in the bathroom without toilet paper, and there were 3 ladies in the front of the house that were standing around, surely one of them could have checked on the bathrooms. The floor was filthy and no clean up attempts were done the entire time we were there. It was not that busy when we were there. I am thoroughly disappointed with my entire visit and havent ever had this happen before. I wouldnt recommend going to the Arvada location to anyone.
