I work at a local group home as a caregiver for adults with developmental disabilities. Almost every week, most of our consumers go to this Good Times for dinner. Its not a small group--at any given time I have 5-8 individuals with me. The cashiers and cooks are all so nice and accommodating with the folks I work with--they work with them to figure out what theyd like to order and how much they can purchase with the money they have, and are patient as our individuals communicate what they want. One cashier in particular, Angela, has all of their names and orders memorized and is always chatting and joking with them as their food is being prepared. If one of our individuals is not there, she always asks how they are doing and passes along her greetings (or concern, if she finds out that one of my individuals is not feeling well). All in all, Im very impressed with the employees at this location and that is why we continue to go back every week!

The frozen custard was more like cold soup. Twice in the last 10 days I have been given a melted spoon bender. I went through the drive-thru on my way home from work, there was a line but I dont mind waiting, they get busy I get it. The first time it happened I was in kind of a rush so I didnt go back, the second time I did, they seemed upset that I would ask them to make me a new one. I can only assume that they make them as soon as I order and then let them sit there, melting, while I wait 10+ minutes to get to the window. I wasnt at all happy with their attitude when all I wanted was for them to give me what I paid for.

I have always loved Good Times but thia location may be one of the worst ones. Food tastes like Good Times and it looks like a Good Times but their service is just one of the worst. A 10 minutewait for some "fresh made fries" is insane. I work near thia location and have come here aeveral times. From the tims that you drive into the Drivethru until you deive off, you might have spent about 20 minutes even with just a fewcars in the line. TL;DR you want FAST food? Dont come here. You want fast FOOD? Eh.

This location is really hit and miss. Out of the handful of times Ive been here, I think my food has tasted satisfactory maybe once or twice. I consistently order the bambinos with cheese and the buns are always stale and the burgers arent hot (aka made fresh). I always come back expecting it to be better the next time... and unfortunately I have yet to see it. This will probably be my last trip to this location. Wish they could find a better cook...

3 bad experiences in a row here, after coming here for more than 3 years. 15 minutes to wait for my food, burger so greasy it was unedible, had to remind them to give us our drinks, they argued about claiming our sauce was in the bag when it was not, they tried to charge us $28.00 on our $15.00 order. Fries were only half filled. Not a word of apology, not a smile, not a thank you or anything. Also would not give us our receipt. DO NOT GO HERE

I really love good times. It is a really great fast food place. So much tastier than any other generic place like mcdonalds or wendys. The burgers are really good and they are of good quality. This fast food joint is only in Colorado and Wyoming as of right now. So if you are an out of town visitor try it out just to say you did. Their custard is also really tasty and fresh. I love that they sell ice cream for doggys and donate proceeds.

I like the Bambinos burger style (ketchup & mustard instead of thousand island), but they are SO STINGY with the pickles! I ask for extra pickles and get ONE. Dont you get like a billion pickles per drum? Is your profit margin on pickles suffering? Do I have to rob you at gunpoint you for a second pickle?? Ridiculous... Would come here so much more if I didnt have to deal with them treating pickles like slices of gold.

I really like the breakfast burritos. I typically eat them twice a week. Customer service is hit and miss. One guy in the morning is nice, but I witnessed him taking money then putting the wild spuds in the container with his fingers. That isnt the only issue I have is the wild spuds. The last four times I ordered them, they were undercooked. One time they were frozen in the middle. Definitely not what I expected.

This Good Times used to be really yummy, but it has gone down hill in such a bad way. Probably one of the grossest burgers Ive had in awhile. And I used to love it here! Waaaay too much bread, DRENCHED in ketchup and mayo and the pickles tasted straight rancid. Will not be returning any time soon.

A BACON GUACAMOLE BURGER would taste really good with BACON on it!!! WHERES THE BACON??? Just left 10 mins ago. Disappointing that a bacon guacamole burger doesnt have bacon. Also, I would never order bambino burgers here. They are always burned and are disgusting.

Today I ordered 2 shakes, then they have the audacity to tell me I need to choose one to keep. All i know is I ordered 2 for a reason. But since they didnt have enough lids,caused me to only get one of my shakes. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

Im not very impressed by fast food restaurants but this one really stood out. Just 5 min ago I left this good times satisfied with the service. They where friendly, timely and in sync. I dont know how they did it but defenetly was a well worth stop.

Not had really any problems other than ordering issues (time to take, comprehension) but they executed the order correctly once we got it sorted out; think they may need a new DT Com System, but our food was good and didnt take too long.
