One of the worse Ive had in a long time. My stake came out cold. My friends pork chop was half cooked. I finally decided to ask them to please heat up my steak a little and cook my friends pork chop a little more. When they brought the steak back it was burned and very bitter. When I told the manager, while he was passing by, he told me they had to cook it again in order to heat it up, and he kept going. Did not even stop to ask what he could do to make our experience better. My friends pork chop was just as burned and also very bitter. I had better stake at Applebees. the one thing that upset me the most was the managers attitude and how he just dismissed us. Worse 200$ dinner ever.

We had a party of 8 with reservations after the Vail Bravo concert. The restaurant was not busy but we waited quite awhile for a waitress and during the meal not very attentive. There were 3 featured fish items that were unavailable which was highly disappointing and my father was served the incorrect meal. The prices are extremely high and the quality was average. We had called ahead to tell them my patents were celebrating their 65th anniversary and nothing was ever mentioned. My family has been coming for many years and have eaten here before but will definitely not be returning.

Booked a party of 7 in January, had to pay $100 table reservation. We travelled all the way from the UK on a recommendation and ate a reasonable meal there. Paid the bill thinking the £100 would be refunded to my card.....no chance.....they have kept the money and despite repeated attempts to contact them, they have just ignored us. Poor service for a quality establishment and I thought Cowboys were in Texas, not Colorado. Very disappointing.

Wife loved the alaskan king crab. My steak was very tender, but tasted like it had been sauteed in salmon juice. Good place if you dont mind everything tasting a little bit like fish. Prices were OK given the quality of the food. Service was a little slow and inattentive, but it is the summer season, so that kind of goes for all of Vail. Overcharged me by $200, waiting to see if we can get that sorted out, but these things happen.

A bit underwhelmed by the food honestly considering the price point. The staff was very friendly and helpful, professional to a t and that accounts for the three stars... I just wanted for much better food which was a bit bland and didnt live up to the fancy night out expectations my girlfriend and I had our minds on spending over $100 on two meals. Thanks all the same to the wait staff and host who made the trip worthwhile.

Terrific meal, great service, friendly owner and a terrific patio combined to make this our favorite meal in Vail over Labor Day Weekend. Both the seafood and the steak were delicious. The crabcake starter was full of crab. The extensive wine list had many of our favorites. We will be back!

Been coming to vail for years and every year we make sure we stop by Montauk. I think its one of the best restaurants in the valley. Was just in town the other week and had yet another amazing meal. Ahi tuna is fantastic as are the mussels. Solid bar. Kid friendly as well.

Excellent quality and dining experience. The fish and mussels here are prepared perfectly with great flavor. They have a wide range of options to try but info recommend the Herb Crusted Halibut. They have a great selection of wines available by the bottle or glass.

Our waiter was bad. They overcooked my mahi and nicely offered to redo it. The manager bought our wine, which felt like a great idea up until the point when the waiter said thanks the way like he wanted us dead. Guess if were coming back.

Fantastic Restaurant! We had a wonderful dinner...oysters, ahi tuna, Macaroni and cheese with lobster! The service was attentive, the atmosphere was great...looking forward to returning next time we are in Vail!

Lobster bisque was watered down with no taste. Mussels were extremely basic. Steak was thin and terrible. King crab legs, hahaha. Will not be coming back.
