Ive been spoiled by living in the PacNW with regard to fresh seafood. I was apprehensive about going to a seafood place in the desert but everyone was excited to try it. We went to celebrate Mothers day and to sum it up, it was a waste of $130. Our appetizers were good, hot and crispy. Our server I formed us they were out of 3 or 4 types of seafood items which meant we had to change what we wanted. Our salads were absolutely disgusting because they were covered in dressing, to the point where the greens were no longer crunchy. It didnt taste like Ceasar dressing but more like mayonnaise. My lobster bisque soup wasnt hot and the steaks were over seasoned. We left hungry and $130 poorer. What Id like to find out from such a large chain restaurant is: 1. Why your menus and tables are so dirty and sticky. 2. Why you were out of 3-4 seafood items. Seems like for Mothers day, you couldve prepped better. 3. Why the menus are so overtly complicated. 4. Why our food was so disgusting. If that was not the norm, Id like to be compensated for the same dinner to try again.

Went to Red Lobster in Las Cruces NM today. Wait staff was very good, helpful and polite. Now the food, on the other hand, was a different story. Apparently they have changed the alfredo recipe that I have loved for years. I mentioned it to our waitress and she immediately summoned the manager. I found out that they did indeed change the recipe. She told me that next time I ordered it to ask for no garlic and extra sauce. She said that would then taste like the original. The manager took the alfredo off our bill even though I told her it wasnt necessary.

I love Red Lobster, and this one in particular was amazing! Biscuits were hot and fresh, food was delicious. Our waitress was super sweet and very patient with us since we were weary travelers. She chatted with us a bit and checked on us often. Loved sharing a delicious feast with my partner, everything was cooked to perfection.

$45 Dollars for ONE PLATE. It should have been the best plate of my life for that price, but it wasnt. Just be sure you order something youre 100% sure youre gonna like and look at the menu well enough so you dont hurt your bank account too bad. Aside from its expensiveness I recommend you go there. The cooks are amazing.

I usually have a great dinner here but yesterday not only the worst server I have ever had today I am very ill. Mild food poisoning I believe. I feel hot and been in the bathroom all morning. Had the Ultimate feast now Im paying the Ultimate price!

went here a few months back and was impressed with the lobster bisque the fish sandwich was good but the bread did not hold up and it fell apart i had to eat it with a fork therefore it was not a sandwich

Best tasting red lobster food ever. Really good. But the waitress was ditzy and made several mistakes including charging us for what was supposed to be a free appetizer.
