I left a bad job to work here in promise of fairer treatment and better pay. I took on a position that was very difficult and challenging, and received almost no training, and had no former experience, but was up for the challenge. I was fired a week later, in January in Park City, for having trouble doing the job. Go figure. In talking around town trying to find a new job, I spoke with many people that used to work there, had been treated very poorly, and shared similar experiences to mine. A restaurant can only be as good as it treats its employees.

This place is awesome. We have come here for 6 or 7 years each trip to Park City. The atmosphere is perfect, low lighting and warm. You can eat at the bar impromptu which we do alot, but if you want to eat in Dining room call for reservations. They have awesome steaks, chicken, burgers and the sushi sashimi menu and rolls are our of this world. Have the chocolate fondue for dessert. We have NEVER had a bad meal there and we have eaten there at least 20 times. It is our "Go - To" place in PC - great food and great service, always fun !

My husband and I loved every aspect of our experience here. The service was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was really cool with pretty lighting and a fish tank. Attire was "from ski boots to tuxedos" as our super friendly hostess informed us over the phone. And the food was fantastic. The short ribs with grits and wilted greens were simply delicious, and the Apple Cider Moscow Mule was surprisingly tasty. Very impressed with this place. Dont hesitate to go here! Its wont disappoint.

The good: Great ambiance. The bad: Extremely slow service. I waited at least 10 mins after my party had gotten up to get the check. As far as food goes, we all got some form of fish which was probably a mistake. The sushi was made with gooey rice and light on the fish ...gross. The Thai shrimp was very good but too spicy for anyone at the table except me. This was our experience which might have been a little better had any of us ordered a meat dish ...but we didnt.

I took my wife here for dinner on her birthday. The food amazing. We had sushi as well as dinner off the regular menu. The staff was very nice. Our waitress was amazing as well. I dont remember her name. The overall atmosphere of the place was cool too. We are not from the area, and the bar tender was open to mixing drinks he had never heard of that we have at home, and without knowing the ingrediants he nailed it. Will absolutley be going here again.

We came here for dinner and ordered mainly off the sushi menu. The sushi was OK, not great, especially for the price. There were some highlights: The cauliflower bad ass bake and the tuna nachos were both really good. The service was good and the interior is interesting and they have a large wine list. Wed like to come back and give the regular kitchen a try.

I almost dont want to tell you how amazing their soft pretzle appitizer is because I want them all to myself. Its been a month since some colleagues and I went to Blind Dog and we are still talking about that pretzel. Everything we had that night was delicious from wine to apps to entires. I cannot wait to go back to Park City for dinner at Blind Dog.

Restaurant staff and overall belief system seems to be one of arrogance or disinterest (dont want to customize orders, forgot to take out cucumber out of all of the sushi rolls we ordered, etc.). Food was pretty good, but overall wasnt that impressed. Was told it is the "locals hangout" in Park City, but dont think we would go back.

All the food weve had at the Blind Dog is either very good or great. Mahi, Mac and Cheese, Sweet Potato Pave, Dreamloaf all outstanding entrees. My wife and I agreed this is out favorite place in PC now. Sign up on their email list to get 2 for 1 deals periodically

Stellar. Most times I go in is for buck a shuck night on Wednesday but the service is outstanding. They have a full service bar and sushi bar. The steaks are awesome too. Highly recommended if you are visiting park city.

Good food and the staff was great. Went there as part of a company retreat and we werent supposed to get sushi because it would take too long to have it made for everyone, but my waiter brought me whatever I asked for.

Great selection of food, super nice waiters. There are 2 kitchens, one makes sushi and the other standard American cuisine. Everything was delicious. Wine selection was broad and not expensive.
