Since opening me and my co workers have spent hundreds of dollars here, burgers are good Ill give them that. They give locals discounts over the counter if you ask for one but on my second to last visit they refused to give me a discount because I didnt ask for it When I placed my order via phone on this recent visit I made sure and asked for the locals discount when I called. The guy said i couldnt ask for it by phone only in person so they contradicted themselves. When I arrived the guy said it was a privilege to get the discount!!! Really its a privilege to get 2 dollars off ? Anyway I proceeded to show him that on the last order I had placed I was overcharged 2 dollars because I had ordered truffle fries and received regular fries. I showed him a pic to prove my point. So instead he said to have a good day and refused to give me my food. I would have told him F off but my co workers lunch was part of the order so I simply asked him if he was not going to give me my food because I showed him a wrong order? So then he gave me my food, I payed and walked away. I work at two very respectable hotels here in Vail and I assure you I will never eat here again nor will my coworkers and guest at the hotels I work at. I will go out of my way to make sure none of my guest eat here. Its a privilege that Me and my coworkers and guest choose to buy your food not the other way around. Terrible service we walked in and the lady said Im going to go make burgers and refused to seat us until she was done I wish I could have tasted a burger but we left.

I had a delicious burger at an affordable price (for Vail standards). It always feels good to support a local business. Will eat here again if Im in town again
