Every single time I come to this place something is always messed up and because its the closest one to me I foolishly keep coming back. Today when I went they were out of normal buns.. really? That alone is pathetic. But okay. We order our burgers with wheat buns and then proceed to wait about 20 minutes in the drive thru. Once we finally got our food back home which is a minute down the road, everything is completely cold and the fries are old. If everything took SOO long to get out to us why wasnt it even hot? Be in mind this is about the 5th time my girlfriend and I have gone here and every single time something is wrong. This is the last time I will go to this location. Horrible service and even worse food. I could keep this going with multiple other complaints but whats the point?

DONT GO!!!!!!! Well I must say waiting 1 year befor coming to the south west and going to one of my most missed restaurants was awesome it was taste very good although the guy serving at the window seemed new we let it slide but we later found what a bad idea it was 4 out of 4 of us got sick with upset stomachs and multiple trips to the bathroom we came to the conclusion that rather it wasnt good meat or someone dident wash there hands now I must say I have never wrote a review but after this I felt it was necessary it was and currently still is miserable and we wont be going to that restaurant ever again who ever was working in the lunch hours of 2/16/17 wash your hands check expiration dates check the food make sure it still godod and always wash wash wash your hands

La limpieza del lugar no es muy buena la mayoria de las mesas se encuentran un poco sucias y con un olor ligero humedad, el piso igual con restos de papas fritas servilletas y el servicio es lento tardan alrededor de 25 min en entregar mi orden

We had 3 small children and the manager was a little uptight. The other staff members were nice. I made some substitutions and the order wasnt 100% correct. Instead of fixing the problem the manager had no hesitation with charging me for the onion ring subsitution they messed up.

It was a special evening where the staff made plenty of errors but the manager on duty did resolve the issues. Ordered a coffee and didnt receive it (20mins) till reminding employees multiple times. Was given the wrong shake. But the manager was quick to fix the errors.

Food is soooo good BUT it used to be faster service now even if theres not many itll take at least 20-25 minutes to get done!! Ive always eat here like few times a week and it used to be really faster but since around January 2017 think went really really really SLOW!!

The worker yelled at us for "being too loud" when were all talking at a normal tone. Also, they didnt even refer to the numbers on the orders they just expected us to hear the order and automatically know its ours. Rude & slow service, I will not be returning.

Took 30 min in the drive thru... food was good but took too long and a bum was approaching vehicles asking for money in drive thru............. 4 months later...... its still very slow with multiple cars pulling forward waiting for food. Hire more people!!!

I JUST WANT THEIR GM TO KNOW THAT, I PLACED A PHONE ORDER FOR MY FOOD, I TOLD THEM I WOULD BE THEIR IN 5-10MINS AWAY, AND WHEN I ARRIVED TO THE STORE, I WAS TOLD MY ORDER WASNT MADE YET AND IT WOULD TAKE 5-6 MINS TO MAKE IT!!! THAT JUST PISSES ME OFF!!!

How disappointing. This Whataburger has dropped beyond pitiful. Every time I have tried to make a late run for dinner, the Whataburger on University has never been able to get my orders right or there is always something down that they cant provide.

We were staying in the area and stopped in for burgers. The burgers and fries were pretty good. I had the chile burger and got the chiles on the side just in case they were spicy but they werent. The kids meal cookies were gross though.

Worst Whataburger ever. Dirty, hair in food, flies flying around u while u try and eat. Seems dumb and dumber found a job. Love Whataburger. Eat at them everywhere. Will not even step in here again.

Good fast food option, however last visit was exceptionally slow and my sandwich was missing the meat! Update 7/13/17 - Service even slower this visit. Parked by a trash can for 10 minutes waiting.

Horrible. Waited for a really long time just to get a BURNT green chili burger with practically no green chili. Place is ran by kids at night... Oh, and the buffalo sauce taste like chemicals :)

Very small, so tends to be VERY busy at mealtimes. Parking lot is difficult to navigate. Onion rings are battered (not breaded), which is a plus in my book.
