The staff at this location is horrible. I had called in togo order and when hostess answered I tried to give her my order but was interupted several times by her trying to up sell me on stuff I didnt want. Even after I told here that I wasnt interested she still would cut me off at every chance she got. Finally I got my order in and I asked for a total. She told me she would have it when I get to restaurant. I said I would wait till she could get me a total and she said she couldnt right now cause she had to seat some people. Seriously. Then she rudely hung up the phone. I showed up tried to let hostess know I was here for togo order. She pointed in direction of the bar then dismissed me and greeted some people behind me. She didnt say hi or can I help you or even order is at the bar. She just pointed and ignored me. So I go to the bar and it was filthy dishes all over the bar where no guest were sitting. They looked like then been there a while. I tried to get bartenders attention and again I was ignored. So I sat down and another bartender askex me if I was done eating (cause of all the dirty dishes) I said that these werent mine and I was here for a togo order. Instead of clearing dishes and maybe offer me something to drink the girl left went into kitchen and I didnt see her again the other bartender asked me what I needed in a very unprofessional way. I told him he went into the kitchen came back empty handed. I saw a togo order sitting in the well and wondered if it was mine. Well when he came back he said it would be about 5 more mins. Huh really. Again no offer for a glass of water or anything. I said to him "whos togo order is that?" pointing at the one in the well. He didnt know. So instead of looking at order he just acted stupid. I got up looked at ticket and told him is was mine can I pay now. He went ahead and took care of 5 guests and talked to a server before I got my card back. For a togo order this is absolutly the worse service I have ever gotten. Oh and I am a restaurant manager too. If my staff ever treated a guest like that, togo or dine in, they would not be working for me. I will not be back to this locatuon. Its to bad too cause I do like the food and its close to home.

Im really hoping our experience was because some of the employees were VERY new. Started off good, someone held the door for us and greeted us, and we (party of 4) were seated immediately. Our servers section seemed to be quite full and she briefly stopped by, let us know who she was, and that she would be right back. No problem so far. Then one of the obviously very new hostesses came over and attempted to take our drink order. First off she didnt even know if they carried Coke or Pepsi. She took our drink order (2 waters and 2 sodas) and went to place the order. She came back informing us they didnt have pepsi and someone would need a different drink. Fine. Still 2 waters, 2 cokes. She asked us 4 times what we wanted to drink and then tried very hard to get us to order margaritas, which we declined several times. She also kept addressing my female friend as "he". She would only talk to the men. It was odd. So she gets our drinks and comes back...with 1 water, 1 coke, and 2 mello yellows. Really? Thankfully that was the end of that girl. Our actual server got our correct drinks and did a good job, but we still wound up paying for the incorrect drinks and not once did anyone try to apologize. Im in the service industry and a small apology goes a loooong way even if it wasnt your fault. Also, this new menu is very bland imo

So, to begin, this visit started out with an encounter with a very incompetent hostess. She clearly had no idea what she was doing because after leaving it up to us to "pick a spot" our choice was unavailable. No biggie, well sit where you want us... That was our request to begin with. However, after waiting quite some time for our server, a different server than the one supposed to help us shows up and grabs or drink order. Then the original server walks up and tries to place the blame on him for our neglect... I was ready to leave without ordering food. By the time drinks arrive, weve been here about 20 minutes without having ordered our food yet. Now, dont get me wrong, as a server myself I understand that there are times you get "weeded" and fall behind. What I dont agree with is the blame that was tried to be laid on every other person in the restaurant. Just to be cordial we decided to get a side salad because our child wanted to stay and eat... Not impressed with the service at all! However the drinks were great as well as the food.

TGI Fridays for lunch. A friend and I got burgers, while the others got some appetizers. It took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. It was bland. Both our burgers were cooked fine, but there was an overwhelming kick of onion that made our nostrils hurt. The burgers fell apart so quickly, and the fries were the saddest part of the meal. They were limp. I could of stopped by the nearby Chik-Fil-A for a quicker, more satisfying meal. Our waitress was very friendly. The seats could be better cleaned, because there was some dust between the lining of the booth seat and back rest. The TV channel was set to the Copper Chef XL infomercial, so while the wait it was pretty boring, but at least I know that the Copper Chef XL is a cool product. I rate this one star because although this visit was not as terrible as other reviewers have had, it was a long wait, the food was disappointing, and we should have gotten Chik-Fil-A instead. I would prefer not to return to the restaurant.

Good afternoon fellow peeps. This was with out a doubt the most disorganized and slowest service i have experienced in a long time. I do not speak of the server who kindly took care of our table. I speak of the kitchen organization. Not sure if it is a coreperate issue or the kitchen itself, but our table waited 20 min for appetizers from the endless app. When we received our miniscule portion of an appetizer we waiting another 20 min for our second round. One person in our group ordered a sandwich and was able to eat it all before our second round even showed up. When it came time to leave, we continued to receive the third round of appetizers even though we were leaving. Very disappointing experience and very unorganized of a company at this location. If you wish to go expect to wait a long time for your meal and appetizers. Will not be returning to this location.

Me and the girlfriend went on a Thursday night. Pretty basic right? Walked in the door and the hostess was lost as a nun at a porn convention. I understand they only had a couple servers but they had plenty of tables available. Waitress was a little more knowledgable than the nun working the door so that was a pleasant surprise. Food and mojitos were delicious so props to the cooks and the bartender. However one of employees was on break a couple tables over from us listening to his phone as if he had lost his hearing aid and it was the end of the world. He changed the tv to his preference. Basically food is great and if you make it past the door within 10 minutes youre golden unless Hellen Keller decides to go on break and watch tv and YouTube.
