Ive been here a few times now and each time makes me want to come back even more. Ive had The Ocean, The Holy Cow, and most recently The Divine Swine. Every one has been amazing, but so far the Divine Swine takes the cake, so friggin good! Ive seen and talked with the owner every time Ive been there, hes always been there working hard either by himself or with one of his great employees. He clearly has a passion not only for his sandwiches and popsicles, but also for the community around him.

My girlfriend and I came here after walking around Washington Park for a bit. My sandwich (The Bird) was very good. We also ordered a Blueberry Marscapone pop and it was delicious. The homemade popsicles are a unique offering that I havent seen elsewhere. Overall, this is a great sandwich shop and Id recommend it. The seating inside is a little tight, so keep that in mind if youre coming with a large group. There werent too many people in the store while we were there so seating wasnt an issue.

Ive had the Popsicles before and theyre phenomenal. Today I stopped for a sandwich. So delicious!! Bread was super fresh and the meat was hot and the toppings cool like they should be. Delish! Just wish Id had the tummy room to try 2 or 3 & the soup! Service was very friendly and when the owner saw me writing on a napkin he even offered me a sheet of paper. Really caring about the customer for sure. A rarity, I think. Just do yourself a favor and eat here. Bet you love it too.

Unfortunately I left my friends delicious bistro back home and was looking for something to fill that void. I can happily say Aikopops does just that and will be my sandwich shop for Denver. The sandwiches are ridiculously flavorful and I will happily keep coming here. The owner is awesome and I really appreciate the hard work that goes into this little gem. I love this place. Their sandwiches are out of this world good, made with whole ingredients. They slice their own meat and also offer a vegetarian option. The back patio is nice little oasis to enjoy lunch during a busy day, the staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a healthier ice cream alternative, or even if you arent, their in house made pops are DELICIOUS. They have fun flavors that never disappoint, including adult flavor options.

If you can only do one thing when youre in Denver, you MUST eat here. Every sandwich is a masterpiece, and if I were to describe the popsicles as "divine," "inspired," or "delicious," I still would only scratch the surface of how fantastic they are. And if you only meet one person in Denver, it should indisputably be the owner of this restaurant. It would be impossible to oversell the experience! Bon appetit!

Quirky, weird, creative sandwiches and popsicles. I heard about this place for years, however, I assumed that it was all popsicles. It wasnt until my husband insisted we go, that I learned it was more than a popsicle stand. Sandwiches that even sound like regular sandwiches, like turkey sandwhich (or something similar) are not. I love this place. My gf and I usually come up and order food and we get 20-30 popcicles to take home before we have gaming night. The owner is friend fly and hilarious to chat with and if there is anything you want to try, staff is more than willing to chop a piece of whatever off to let u know what you are getting into. I love this place. Its amazing and u should try it.

One of the few places I have been to since moving to Denver that you can tell legitimately loves what they are doing. The staff is extremely welcoming and willing to help with any questions you might have. The popsicles were awesome, with a variety of unique flavors. The Ocean sandwich was amazing and I cant wait to try all of the others. Will definitely be going back.

The popsicles are to die for!! Amazing selection and nothing you have tried before. This isnt you normal neighborhood ice cream truck selection!!! Will have to go back and try the sandwiches which they smoke all their meat in house!

Its great to have a good sandwich shop in the neighborhood. "The Bird" with turkey and a mustard seed, brussels sprouts slaw is a great bet. I also tried a delicious rose fruit pâté. Very inspired and innovative flavors here.
