I usually dont write reviews but this place is the true definition of HORRIBLE service! I live close by so this is the most convenient location and weve gone a good 20x over the last year. Every single time Ive spent at a bare minimum 20 minutes in the drive-thru line & as much as 45 minutes! When you FINALLY get to window & ask why its taken so long they simply reply "because were making your food fresh".. I get that every once & a while but every single time is absurd! They need new management at this location because this place is obviously not ran right whatsoever!!

Absolutely terrible, I came for my favorite, orange chicken. It tasted awful, I am not sure what they did wrong, but I came through the drive through on 8-08-2016 so I was unable to go back and notify them. So I tried to call 3 times and the phone just rang for minutes with no answer. That leads me to believe that they knew they were fishing out a bad product and just didnt care. Save yourself the money and go to the one on 120th, Ive never had a problem with them.

Was in the drive thru at 9:48pm on a Sunday night. Waited for two minutes for the person in front of us and when we pulled up, they told us they were closed. I called and the guy stated "we close ten minutes before." That is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when we drove out of our way to a Panda that is actually open after 9pm on Sunday. Turning down two paying customers? Such terrible customer service. I will make sure not to visit this establishment.

The food is good and the people are nice but be sure you know exactly what you want and can order fast. They assume you are only ordering for one person and you will get moved down the line really fast. They are on to the nest person in line before you finish. Stay away from the drive thru unless thou dont really care what you get.

This place has the worst service ever!!! Staff does absolutely nothing to keep a customer happy!! Never again will my family have panda express at this location!! Waited about 30 mins for my food and had to eat it cold!! Worst experience ever.. They ruined my night!!!

Horrible horrible horrible..I went through the drive thru & the girl was rude & didnt let me finish my order before trying ro give me my price. Then she asks what sauce I want I tell her, get home & no sauce, to top it off there was hair stuck to my crab rangoons...

If I could give it negative stars I would. The guy in the drive through kept cutting me off and rushing me while I was ordering and then gave me the wrong food. Called them when I got home and realized it was the wrong food and they wont answer the phone.

This place normally gets it right for me, but what ever you do DO NOT go during dinner hours. The crew during that time couldnt get an order right if you just wanted water. Also the food is always either burnt or undercooked (no in between).

These people lie CHECK YOUR ORDER went to the drive thru. I ordered walnut shrimp I asked if the were plenty of walnuts. They lied they were out of the walnuts dont go there never had gotten the correct order.

Very pricy, the SweetFire Chicken has very little, chicken! The chow mein noodles have too much vegetables in it, and the service is ok. I wouldnt recommend this place if you want to be cheap!
