I would have scored higher but it seems only half the employees are good at there job once the food was great next time the food was soggy and semi cold and i live to close to blame it on the drive home ordered pinto beans with sour cream one time no sour cream next time so little sour cream you could barely see it then the window girl tells me they have a set amount distributed by a gun i said i know Ive worked at taco bell and her gun is empty and she should have to put more on she said only if i paid for it i only wanted to see the quarter sized drop in them not a cup. Watch your self and eat in so if it sucks you can get your money back

I usually do not give bad reviews but this taco bell is ALWAYS slow. Whether there be only your car in the drive thru or five. My order is usually not right or missing something, last night it was three things missing. The manager never offers discounts or any compensation for me having to come back, after finding out miles away the order is something I dont even eat. The employees and manager act rude because you came back asking for what you paid for. From now on I will go to the one on 4th St.

This Taco bell is not the best Taco bell in Pueblo I went out to eat with my Son I got two tacos and my Son got the $5.00 box both of us were very disappointed because all I had in my taco was just a tiny bit of meat the rest was all lettuce and a little cheese. I was so hungry but got real made when they gave us our meal. It is a pretty place but the good and service is not good at all.

Rude team members and management and cant seem to get any order I make right. Either mismade or missing items entirely. Go to any of the other mexican restaurants in town and dont waste your time at this sorry excuse for a taco bell. The management is free to contact me if you would like to know more.

I realized right when they were done with the order i forgot to get a soft taco instead of hard. They changed it for me. No attitude or dirty looks. Really appreciate they way the treated me on a bad day. Thank you.

They thru hot sauce in my face an told me not to come back when i ask for extra hot sauce.my husband an i use to get are food there at least 4 times a week never again no apologie nothing when called an complained.

Now this is real and authentic Mexican food......said no one ever. But I can get a lot of food for under 10 bucks, is what is mostly said. I like coming here occasionally for its prices.
