There are 5 of us at work that order from the drive thru at lunchtime just about every Thursday. And every other week the order is messed up. Sometimes the wrong item(s) are in the bag, but mostly they forget to put items in the bag. The when you call, they tell you to come in the next day for a combo meal on them. First of all, its not on them, theyve charged us for the food and the receipt shows that, so one combo meal is less than weve already paid. Second, we just ate their food the day before, I dont want it again the next day. So my group is done with lunch at this particular fast food restaurant. Im all for the minimum wage increase, but you have to be competent at your job. Do some training because like I said, they charge us for the food and dont put it in the bag, thats a trip out of my way.

Ive been to this location a few times, each time without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received. Even when Im the only person in lone at drive thru and the restaurant is practically empty Im always waiting about 10 minutes to get my food and it will always be cold, the cheese is never even melted, just slapped on top of the burger and placed in the bag. Nothing is ever fresh, and Ive seen my food sitting on the counter on multiple occasions ready to be handed to me and they continue standing around and talking to each other, once even dancing. All completely oblivious to their job duties. The manager is no help either, theyre also oblivious to whats going on around them and dont care about their job.

Ordered 3 meals and an extra sandwich. Only received the 3 meals... Under cooked limp disgusting fries for everyone, and one of the burgers was wrong. How do you screw up a ketchup only cheeseburger??! Took the burger back, asked for the additional sandwich they forgot. They brought out the ketchup only burger... Now using cheese. Had to ask a third time for my missing sandwich I originally ordered. My daughter just had to eat her burger without cheese or fries, because I wasnt going to ask a fourth time. Employees are idiots... One even had the nerve to throw her fellow employee under the bus, saying she was too stupid to take order.

Im not sure why people with 1 star reviews complain about customer service. I have always had great service and good food from this location. Order mistakes happen, lets face it, all you had to do was go back through the drive through and Im sure they would be happy to fix it. Note to everyone... If your a nasty person, youll receive the same in return, justifiably and no being a customer does not give you the excuse to be an ass. So, those turned off by the one star whiners and immature individuals, know this location has always always always treated myself and those I know very well. But then again, Im very nice to people.

Ok for a JinB food chain. This location however has on many times let me down with their staff training. Id spent 5+ minutes waiting for a staff member to acknowledge me when there is no line whatsoever, restaurant had maybe one other customer already there who already had food and still no one is helping, no one is cleaning the mess on the floors, bathrooms, and windows, and then still my food takes forever for them to burn to an absolute crisp. It paddles in comparison to other JinB in the city and state.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered and #28 Grande sausage burrito. Got some weird chicken pieces? Drove around to get it fixed and the kid working the window tells me I ordered wrong and refused to correct my order even after I waited patiently for another 15 minutes. I eat here once a week with friends from work for breakfast. After this awful experience I will not be back. I want my Grande sausage burrito!

Really only use the drive through. Its hard to get them to make custom orders. I have a pork allergy, and have to have my egg & cheese remade about 50% of the time because they usually want to put some kind of meat on it. They are pretty friendly about remaking the order. The manager is awesome & if I had my own business, Id try to steal him for my business as hes always kind, helpful, and seems to really enjoy his job!

I was pretty impressed with this JITB, the staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. The dining area was very clean and it even has a fire place in there, though Im not sure if it is ever lit. The only reason it had 4 stars instead of 5 is because for the price, the food didnt match. The food wasnt bad at all, but when your sandwich cost you 6 dollars it had better be down right impressive.

Ive always enjoyed the taste of the food, but the service is horrid! Long wait whether youre in the lobby or the drive thru and have been MULTIPLE TIMES when the drive thru is closed MORE THAN 30 minutes PRIOR TO SCHEDULED CLOSE TIMES. If management actually checks the reviews, they should have a talking to to the crew at this location!

When this location first opened up, everything was outstanding. In the last few years it seems like when you order a burger, the thin little Patty is hot, but the bun is cold and everything else, so it eventually makes your tiny little thin Patty of meat cold as well. And they got rid of certain menu items that were really go to items.

I felt like I was eating leftover orders, the food was not fresh at all. I ordered a #2, the sandwich was cold and the lettuce on the sandwich wasnt fresh like its been in the sandwich for a while and the fries were old and cold definitely not fresh. Wont be eating at that Jack In The Box again.

Pretty good - first visit. Having come from the Midwest, I had never tried a Jack-in-the-Box before, but it seemed to have pretty good options and the food was on par with what Id expect from a fast food establishment. A little far to drive from work, though. Staff was very nice.

The food is always consistent, hot and delicious. But, the STAFF here is OUTSTANDING!!! Hands down, the most TERRIFIC CREW in TOWN. My husband and I will continue to come to this location even if we move out of the area. Thanks for decades of good times JIB!

My wife and I ate breakfast here and I have to say, this was hands down the best fast food breakfast I have ever had. Both of us had sandwiches that were delicious and not greasy at all. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Need more options for people who have food allergies and other digestive issues. They are always friendly. It has WiFi indoors but that area outside of Jack in the Box has horrible Internet access.

Normally this location is on top of things. Our order was incorrect, trash cans were missing, bathrooms were a mess, employees seemed to be overwhelmed with the flow of customers.
