I have taken my family to village inn every Saturday for a few months now, despite the deplorable service every time. I love the crepes. Yesterday I was told I couldnt order what I always order. After my server spoke with her manager, she informed me I could have it the way I wanted for an extra $1.50 charge. I wasnt asking for anything extra. I wanted the vib. Sausage, potatoes and two strawberry crepes. I get the same thing every week and all of a sudden, yesterday, they would rather lose my business than to make me two strawberry crepes unless I paid extra. We will not be returning and we will strongly encourage others to choose an establishment that wants and appreciates their business.

Went to VI tonight and told the waiter we were there for French silk pie - did they have it? Yes, he said. We placed our order and let him know which slices of pie we wanted - and while the food was good, the service was deplorable. At the culmination of our meal, he came by and picked up half of our plates and asked if the food was okay. We told him "yes... So far" 20 minutes of waiting later we cant find the waiter anywhere, just a ticket he ninja put under the pie advertisement! We go up to the checkout, intent on just taking the pie home and are informed there is no French silk pie. In fact, theres only like 5 available pies to choose from. How is that okay?! Its not.

Having been to Village Inn for Sunday breakfast with family at least once a week fit the past six years, Ive come to know this place quite well. (They know us well, too). I recommend avoiding their peak hours (weekend morning/midmorning). Staff is polite and efficient. The wait for seat and food is reasonable. Childrens menu activities are meant for children reading, basic bath, etc. My small children have always needed some form of quiet entertainment. Adult menu is three pages breakfast, two lunch, and two dinner.

The food was good aside from my wifes lemonade being water, but the service was absolutely terrible. All the staff kept disappearing and socializing, when we walked in no one even looked at us they kept walking by. After we got our food we never seen our waitress until we were leaving then she asked us if we wanted refills. I gave it two because the food was good.

No waiting for a seat. Pot Roast was very tender. Salad is fresh with HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING. Corn and mashed potatoes were delicious too. I topped that off with a slice of their Silk Pie. Which is heaven in a pie shell. Everything was excellent. My waitress Amber P. took excellent care of me. Thank you Village Inn for an excellent eating experience.

Wait staff was super friendly and did an awesome job. The cooks however suck. Almost all of our food was very under cooked sent my hashbrowns back and they came back damn near burnt. Its too bad the cooks dont care as much as the waitresses

The food is good, and although there was a small bit of plastic packaging in my pancakes, it was corrected with speed and apologies, and I didnt feel the need to ask for a bill reduction because of how well they handled it.

We come here every Saturday. Great service. Food is always good. We went to Dennys a couple months ago and it smelled like sewage. Ever since then we started coming here and its excellent.

Wonderful our ladies ministry meet there for lunch and on Wednessday they have free pie with any drink.Our waitress was wonderful and food was excellent.
