Another 3 star panda experience. Actually the customer service here is way better than in New Mexico. I had to wait for my entree to be cooked and was offered drinks on the house which is great and rare for a panda express. The staff was much more attentive than usual for a panda express. The place was very clean. Unfortunately, the portions seem to be about half the size of other locations, especially in the meat and the chow mein was very dry, almost crunchy and seemed old, and it really tasted horrible. Overall, this panda is better than others, but still 3 star. It just makes me want to move the other panda expresses in New Mexico down to 2 stars.

Came in at 8:30 because they are open until 10:00 pm. Nothing was ready to order she said this time of night they dont cook, that was fine but now its almost 9pm and Im still waiting for my food. While waiting I also noticed people struggling with to soda machine and the shortage on condiments in stock. You are probably slow this time of night and have a poor overall rating because this is not how fast food works. First time I have ever been disappointed at a panda express haha. Expectations werent high or anything... but seriously. Im thinking this may just be a pueblo thing.

Went thru drive thru and ordered the honey walnut shrimo bowl. I was told that the shrimp will be 1.25 more. Now I dont quite understand how you can charge extra for shrimp when the dish is a shrimp dish. If I added the shrimp I can understand, but it is already a shrimp dish. I will never go there again and several friends of mine will not either. Bad business practice any way you look at it.

Worst Panda Express ever... 2 cars in drive thru ahead of me, after several minutes of sitting I checked the time and it took over 25 minutes from that point to receive my Panda bowl which was a small amount of cold chewey orange chicken and a tiny bit of chow men that tasted like a salt lick... Yuck, I will never waste time or money at the Pueblo panda again.

The food is okay for fast food but I cannot understand how they are often out of stuff I stopped there on January 2nd at 6:00 pm and first thing I am told is all of the stuff they dont have and that they had someone bringing stuff from Colorado springs but did not know when they were getting there. Not managed very well has far as having product

Waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes with four cars in front of me and not a single worker took an order from any car. We all ended up driving off. I will never return. Obviously someone needs to get fired for not doing their job! PS I called after and asked if the drive through was even open and the lady said it was. Smh.

Poor .. I went in the food trays empty and told id have to wait for them to cook it and not one sweet n sour dish... they charge more for there shrimp dish and give you less .. poorly ran .. fast food should always be ready without a wait if i wanted to wait id gone down block for a real asian meal .....

First time I was here the food was delicious. Chicken was tender and juicy, the rice was cooked to perfection. My second time the rice was burnt and the chicken tasted fishy. Well see if we make another visit or just forget this place. Proceed at your own caution.

While Ive only ate here once it was bad enough that Ive never returned. I was excited to have this nearby, but it was a huge disappointment. None of our food was good, and the store was flooding a tad that day since the doors leak. (or did)

Girl named Sam waited on us and was pist off at the world, if she hates her job that much she should quit...none of the stuff was cooked and when I wanted something Sam rolled her eyes because she had to go get a spoon...she should be fired

No veggies in the noodles and the Kung pow chicken, it use to be my favorite, but This was the last try, never going back again, very disappointed, I only wanted zukinni and peanuts in the sauce, but I paid for something I threw away

Ive never had a good experience at this location. The food wasnt that great, I had to wait while people behind me in the drive thru line honked, had to pay way to much, and I the staff wasnt very friendly. I will not be going back.

Good food but not enough people on staff, sometimes drive-thru takes 15+ minutes at the window. If youre 3 cars back and cant reverse out you better have a movie, podcast, or good book because youre in it for 25+ minutes.

It was expensive, the food was very little, the rice was dry, and I got diarrhea for a week from it. this place should be closed down, not sure if they have bugs or they just dont clean. I would not recommend it at all.

My real problem was with portion size. I ordered a kung pao chicken bowl. I got 2 cups of rice and about 2 oz of my entree. No one needs 2 cups of rice but its cheap and apparently so is Panda Express.

Staff was not especially friendly day I was there. Maybe they were tired of spooning out Kung Pao chicken. Food didnt look particularly fresh, but I was hungry so I ate there.
