The overall experience here is exceptional, and the reason for that is simple: the people here clearly care about what they are doing, and they happen to be really good at it. The food is made-to-order, so it is true that this takes time. Its true of anything that is worth waiting for, and the quality of the food is unsurpassed in Pueblo. The hamburgers are innovative and cooked however you like (who else does that?), and the wait is never very long. It isnt "fast food" and it doesnt taste like it, so I dont expect it to be served like it. The prices are competitive and it is simply a very good deal. The fries are the best I have ever eaten and the milkshakes are amazing. The ingredients are always fresh and the dipping sauces must have been concocted by a professional chef. This is truly a place you can go to over and over and always feel like you got your moneys worth. The employees are always busy and you get the distinct impression that this business is the result of the tireless efforts of people who love what they do. I highly suggest trying it, and when you do, allocate the time to really enjoy it. The patio is a great place to spend time with your family!

Went there for the first time yesterday. I knew it was pricey before I went, and I was willing to pay that much if the burger was as delicious as the reviews described it to be. It turned out being mediocre, and I couldnt really taste the green chilies in the burger. The beef was way over-cooked. Plus the burger was small!!!!! The fries were a bit burnt too. =/ Also, everything was extremely greasy! The food is worth half that price! Ive honestly had better burgers & fries at Wendys. And the customer service was lacking. They just werent nice at all. The staff seemed like complete snobs, being overly nice to people they knew & rude to new customers. We didnt feel welcome at all. My husband and I wont be going back. Huge disappointment. If you are looking for a juicy, local burger, I recommend Cats Pourhouse. Way better quality & price!!!!!

This was my 2nd visit. First visit I would give a 4 star. Lost a star on 2nd visit because of serious over use of what they called Sriracha mustard. The over use aka drowning of my burger with it (to the point I honestly couldnt eat it) was first issue. Second issue if there was any Sriracha in that normal yellow mustard Ill eat my hat. This was an $8 (approximately) burger sans fries and drink. With tip, that we paid UP FRONT (and if I tip I expect someone to at least come and ensure were satisfied (side note it was not busy and the young lady that served us made an appearance at table next to us w/in 10 minutes and ignored my wave) especially when our bill comes to $57 and change (ordered 2 burgers of the month, a Reski burger, 3 regular fries, one 50/50 fry, 2 cokes and 1 Coors and 10% tip). Probably wont visit a 3rd time.

Boy, I really WANT to like this place, with its fresh ingredients and unique take on a burger build. I do. But I always walk away feeling its just too quirky for its own good. I dont know what it was this last time -- the toppings placed under the burger, the overcomplicated ordering process that distracts you from the fact that youre putting together a burger and fries combination you THOUGHT was simple but ended up costing $14 before tax & tip, the dry lamb burger, the too-precious selection of fry dipping sauces ... whatever. Maybe I m just disappointed the back line yells "order in" when a burger is ready, and not "bingo!" its a Bingo-themed restaurant with Bingo cards all over the place, and THATS what you dont do? it just seems like this place tries so darned hard for "special" and just misses "good."

Pros: Staff was nice Cons: Food was way overpriced for the quality. The burgers were extremely greasy, the burger was packed full of slimy grilled onions to the point that it was all you could taste and it was near impossible to get all of them out. The fries were under-cooked. The restaurant itself was very dirty. The bench that lines the back wall was covered in bits of food from other patrons and the table was sticky. I was very disappointing with this place. I traveled down from Colorado Springs to try Bingo Burger based off all of the fantastic reviews it has received but I will never be returning. Either the rest of the state has zero taste in burgers or I came on a bad night. Either way, it was not worth the trip by any means.

Usually, we love going here! But last time, I ordered my burger well done, and it was not. I didnt want to be rude, and they were very busy, so I just tried to eat around the spots that were red. When the manager came by to ask how everything was, I told him I had ordered it well done and showed him that it was not. He had some lame excuse that the chilis dye the meat red (Ive always ordered the bingo- and thats never happened) instead of just saying sorry. Then he gave us a lecture on where they get their beef- and why my rare burger wasnt their concern. Everytime Ive encountered him, hes pretty rude. Social skills are not his fortay and well probably visit less regularly.

Not sure if I just came at the wrong time, but this wasnt the best experience. Ordering is a bit awkward, the burgers took --38 minutes--, and the fries were overdone. The burger itself was good, and seemed to be made with quality ingredients, but our medium and rare requests appeared to be ignored as well, both looked medium-well. Dont get me wrong though, Im mostly disappointed in the time it took from order to delivery. I thought multiple times that they must have lost our order. I cant remember the last time Ive eaten ANYWHERE and its taken 38 minutes for my food, let alone a grill that should take 10 minutes max. I hope my experience isnt the norm here.

First of all, their service is PHENOMENAL. I have never been greeted by such friendly workers and probably any other establishment, and Im from the South, where we pride ourselves on hospitality! The food, although a little on the pricier side for burgers, was fantastic. I recommend "The Blocks" to anyone having Bingo Burger for the first time. The restaurant was clean, not very noisy, and we were checked on multiple times by multiple staff members to ensure we were happy and enjoying our meal. Incredible service here! I only remove one star because of their lack of drink options. Overall, not even that big of a deal! Go try Bingo Burger!

One of the best burgers Ive ever had. I went on a Sunday during lunch hour and they were absolutely swamped. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my food, but I was not left disappointed. You could tell that the staff were busting their humps to push out food as fast possible, but the food certainly didnt suffer for it. I ordered a lamb burger with a fried egg and bacon, along with the regular condiments. The burger was cooked a perfect medium rare, and the buns were slightly toasty, adding a bit of texture without being rocks. The veggies were fresh, and the fries were out of this world. I will definitely be back to Bingo Burger.
