I usually never complain about burger King but today was probably the worst service Ive ever gotten. The night person was sick which in fast food should not be tolerated, second she had attitude when we asked questions, third when we told her she said she was sick that it was just her voice, well you shouldnt be working in fast food when your sick thats just wrong. The food wasnt all that good either, we got 2 burgers with bacon and the bacon was so hard and we found something in one of the burgers, not sure exactly what it was. Not at all convinced about coming back.....

Went in and waited for 15 minutes (no line, we were at the counter), we werent greated or anything. The lady behind the counter was just watching the line cooks make other peoples food. Usually fast food places take orders between preparing orders. We have been to this location on another Saturday about a month ago and the staff closed the store for no reason. Workers were there just hanging out. Worth the drive to go to the one on the north side of town.

Why is it so difficult for some people to understand, NO sauce means NO SAUCE! Not put alot more sauce. I am sorry if the peoples comprehension is low, or possibly due to now legalized cannabis being popular. I used to enjoy Burger King being open at night after 11:00pm and all, but lately the vinewood store in Pueblo is getting ridiculous. (Like ya! Got it, what to drink? Cha!) Ridiculous.

Bitches spit on my food Im calling the health department in the morning I called for a half hour and they kept hanging up on me now I refuse to leave this alone now thats nasty to spit in someones food and the manager hanging up on me several times in a row leads me to believe that they knew what happened this is not the end of this at all

It is a nice clean place with lots of places to seat and the food is always cooked the way I like it there and the service is always good. Food always hot and fresh if not all you have to do is ask for fresh fires and they will give you fresh honey.

Hamburger was raw. There was more jalapeño Than anything. Bacon was burned. Bread was soggy. I got the texas burger and it was a waste of $10.00. I had to put more lettuce and mayo on it and even had to cook the hamburger pattys at home.

Between great deals on the app (get it! It will save you money!) and this store always getting my order correct, I love this location. I miss the citrus caesar salad but you cant fault the local location for a corporate decision.

Mostly good. There is a 25% chance the order will be wrong, or cold, or otherwise unacceptable, but overall the experience here is good. Clean. Wonderful management.
