Crowded, noisy, the food quality is marginal at best. The big issue is the area where you wait to be seated, and you will wait to be seated, is immediately adjacent to where you pay your check. That cluster is also immediately adjacent to the doors to the kitchen. Its not just crowded it is a hazard for the elderly. I was standing, waiting with my elderly mother and her walker in this absolute mess of congestion (we could not be seated because our whole party was not present). After 30 minutes of waiting, they still would not seat us even though my poor mother was ready to collapse after being jostled in the cluster crowd in the foyer. There was one point where a rude punk bumped in to me while my mother was holding on to my arm. He almost knocked us both over. If you require any special assistance, this is NOT the place for you. Be ready to wait and wait and wait. When I brought this issue up to the hostess, she shrugged and said she was sorry," I cant help the crowd. " THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT ADA COMPLIANT or remotely friendly to the disabled. Lastly, when they did seat our party of 8 we sat at different tables. Thus waiting for our whole party to arrive a HUGE waste of time.

When were in the mood for ribs, nothing beats their consistent baby back pork ribs and baked potato. Also, share a slice of warm apple pie or at the end, delicious. What we dont like, and weve been eating here for years, 15+, ALWAYS COLD inside. No matter what time of year, COLD. The few times that weve had issues, theyve always corrected it and taken care of us. Always a busy and full place so try to go on off hours. Some issues over time with inattentive waiters, (no water refill today, forgot a couple items, and long wait for the check) but that is a constant with new young people in the industry, overall, decent service (though I believe we are getting used to bad service frequently in todays age), and again, very busy place. Better than most for an informal food chain, with decent food. (Couldnt get the managers attention today, new young woman, she never makes eye contact with anyone).Have been asking for years for them to bring back their delicious baked beans as well, but doesnt sound like the chain is going to allow it sadly. They were one of the best items and when I ask about them, they tell me EVERYONE wishes they had them back.

Ive been to this Texas Roadhouse on 3 separate occasions, two of which were great experiences but the third time was unsatisfactory. On this most recent take out order, my wife and I ordered a prime rib and a rack of ribs. Over 1/3 of the 12 oz. prime rib portion was fat. Another 1/3 of the prime rib was overdone and the remaining 1/3 was how we asked for it to be cooked. They also forgot the au jus for the prime rib. The ribs were also overcooked on 1/2 of the rack. Both of our potatoes were microwaved and various parts of both potatoes were hard and not edible. We also ordered 2 side orders of mushrooms but did not have any juice to them and consequently were dry and shriveled. One of the brighter spots was the rolls they provided as they were still soft in the middle. I will not be returning here anytime soon as there were just too many issues to overlook.

Was going fine until I took my 4 year old daughter to the bathroom. I came back to the table being bussed. All our food which wed basically just received, was thrown away. I had more than half left and my 4 year old had all of hers left. The server said I tried to stop them but I couldnt. I had left my car keys and sunglasses right on the table so theyd know I was still here. They brought my daughter some new food, but not mine. Didnt even try to apologize. And then brought me the full check....... No manager even attempted to come talk to me.. Very frustrated. I usually love Texas roadhouse.. But Ill drive somewhere else to spend money next time.

Yesterday i visited your restaurant and after a 20 minute wait we were seated and served our drink and bread. I took one bite of the buttered bread and pulled a long hair out of my mouth. I almost got sick and I expressed my disappointment to the waiter and he just said oh really and walked away. I then spoke to Michael the manager and he also displayed a lack of concern and walked away from me. I couldnt believe this is how you train your employees to respond to such a situation. We left and will not be returning to your establishment and I will share my experience with everyone who mentions your restaurant. Legendary experience??? RIGHT !

I just moved to Parker and decided for my first meal Id go to Texas Roadhouse because Ive heard such "great" things about it. However, when I got my Caesar Salad there was rather large insect in my salad. I didnt eat and our waiter was so swamped with tables he didnt even acknowledge us to even complain about the food/service. Someone else had to bring us our tab. Anyways, not very impressed thus far. Especially when its a bunch of teenagers handling your food. Two very enthusiastic thumbs down.

I actually overheard the incident with the hair in the butter and what I saw was that this person was getting up paid for his drink and unfortunately I heard him say profanities to the waiter. I dont understand how someone could talk down to a complete stranger who is just trying to do his job. I on the other hand had a great experience and the service was excellent the only disappointing part of my visit was having to hear such foul language from a customer to the servers at Texas Roadhouse

The beer is awesome, the food is great, the people and the music. Its all great! I love going there just my wife and I. Its a great place to have a good time. Go else where if you cant stand a place where you throw nuts on the floor. It is a clean place as far as tables and other stuff. But the floors are always dirty, but i love it. If im drinking beer and nuts, its nice throwing it on the floor. Its amazing. I recommend it. Did i mention the beer was amazing? Im going there now!

I dont get the hype with this place. My assumption is its the only steakhouse in Parker. Its always busy!! And the smells coming from it are mouthwatering. I tried it twice and was not impressed with their steaks. The rolls were really good, but nothing else exceptional about the place. Its always crazy busy. They have so many employees, its almost like a production line; one to greet, take you to your seat... For point of reference, my favorite place for a steak is Outback.
