Made a reservation about 10 days ago for NY Eve, 6:15pm. Showed up and they didnt have my reservation. That was OK, because luckily, they had a table for us. The restaurant was freezing cold, and there was a small space heater in the middle of the floor which I found odd. We ordered the "Love boat" for 2, a glass of wine and a sake. We got our drinks about 15 minutes in, then our salad and miso soup came about 1/2 hour after we sat down. At this point I thought to myself that the service was going to be slow, but it was a holiday and they were busy. After waiting for an HOUR and a HALF, thats right, 90 minutes, we still had NO DINNER! At this point we cancelled our order. One of the waitresses said "oh no, its coming soon, the chefs will make you a special roll", and I thought why the heck cant they just make me the rolls I ordered??? The entire situation was handled very poorly by our waitress, whose name I cant remember. She was a crab from the moment we sat down, then proceeded to avoid us at all costs because she new we were becoming impatient. She stopped by our table 1 time in the hour and a half to see if I wanted another glass of wine. Thats it. No apologies, no "hey, can I get you some edamame because its taking so long"...she did give us the excuse of the sushi chefs being so busy because everyone was ordering sushi and no one was ordering anything from the kitchen. Its a sushi restaurant, right? We will never return, which is really too bad because I really wanted to like this place.

My Wife and I have been wanting to stop by and check this joint out. OK so we come in and it was a little busy. We got a booth right away. Service is sluggish and could be a lot more friendly. Put in an order of the usual drinks some hot Saki and a large Saporo. Took a minute got our drinks and I was really looking forward to getting g to the sushi. Saporo always opens up my appetite I order the Crazy Dragon Roll some Spicy Tuna, Cali Roll and a Philly. All Ridiculously Effing Good with the Crazy Dragon Roll just blowing out minds! We had to order an eel and the Spicy Girl which my Wife and I highly recommend washed it down with a deliscious gimmicks Flaming Volcano drink that was pretty damn tasty. (Vincent Vega Jack Rabbit Slims ) milk shake good. Total bill 100.00 great date with my wife and really really good grub. Highly recommended stop by if you been needing a nudge to pull in to the parking lot.

VERY impressed for my first time at Kurosawa! Hoping I have found my new off the grid sushi fix. I will be sure to return and dine in after the take out I had tonight. I had the avo salad which was very basic but crisp lettuce, cold, great avo, and the ginger dressing was perfect. Lobster naruto (read the details on menu) was a great susurprise. The spicy tuna roll (usually fairly unimpressive) also was not the typical served most places. It was seemingly less goopy sauce and more quality tuna with decent heat mixed in. Lastly I had the crazy tuna roll which was unique and loved the sauce on top (again, see description). It was more than I needed to eat and now Im stuck on the couch quite full but looking forward to my next visit. As a disclaimer, I have no ties to this restaurant other than tonights meal and Im super pumped I went. Yes, I do have a sushi problem and this didnt help

Our son LOVES sushi. My husband does as well. We stumbled upon Kurosawa about a year and a half ago and since then theyre out go to for sushi in Parker. Their sushi is ALWAYS fresh and the service is top notch. If you order take-out they give accurate pick-up times. This is imperative if youre ordering fresh sushi. You dont want to get home and have sushi that was waiting 15 minutes for you and then you have a drive back to where youll actually eat it. Tuna tartar is one of my husbands favorites along with unagi. They have a great beer/sake selection as well. The staff is top notch and by now they know my son and husband and treat them like family every time they go in. If youre looking for the best sushi in Parker look no further. This place will not disappoint.

done. Just done. They do not want repeat business. We have been eating here since inception. If they cannot honor a valid coupon on a Monday night with less than 6 people in the restaurant, then we are done. We would never go without a coupon or incentive anyway because of their overpriced sushi. Poor business plan if you ask me. For not acknowledging $15, this business essentially lost hundreds of potential dollars from our family of 4. Lesson learned... specials and incentives mean nothing to this restaurant. They can obviously do without. Enjoy paying for overpriced sushi in Parker.

Sushi wasnt anything to write home about. Small rolls with mostly rice and little to no fish. The teriyaki chicken was flavorless. The teriyaki steak ended up being sent back as it could only be described as boiled steak that had teriyaki sauce on top. Was completely inedible, I only took a single bite and they kindly charged us for it nonetheless. A $15 waste. Salad had a interestimg sauce that had more of a hot mustard taste than the sweet ginger. Underwhelmed as there are far better Japanese cuisine options 15 mins north in Southern Denver so Id recommend making the drive.

When you walk in they have this beautiful...I should say what used to be beautiful fish tank. Now it looks awful..unkempt..the coral is dead or dying it has mold or algae all over it. Its disgusting. And its the first thing you see! If they cant take care of a fish tank what does the rest of the restaurant look like? Theres a new place up on Lincoln and I-25 you can just taste the difference the freshness is unbelievable. I think its time to change my favorite place after two years of loving Kurosawa. Very sad sad day indeed

I would give this place 5 stars if the bar was better. I ordered a dirty martini and it was on of the worst I have ever had. The sushi is VERY good though. The Crazy Dragon roll is our favorite. This sushi place has a little bit of everything for everyone. The fish is actually super fresh for this being Parker. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for some sushi in Parker.

Seafood dynamite not so special. The sushi is delicious especially the saba, toro, and unagi. Pepper tuna Id wonderful, have what I like to drink. Very friendly at the sushi bar. The only thing is, service is a bit slow checking on you, and they shorted me 2 pcs. of unagi, which was quickly fixed. Overall a grea place to eat.

My fiancé and I have been coming to Kurosawa regularly since moving to Parker. The staff is great and the food is excellent! I highly recommend this place for sushi and have brought many friends and family here. If you are looking for a great sushi place look no further. :)
