The food was marginal at best, then I was charged an additional $10.20 for a side order of fried rice. When I questioned my bill I was told I had ordered Tempura and an order of fried rice. HUH !!!!! Im sorry if your staff mis-understood the request, perhaps they might learn better English. The veggie rolls were VERY dry and tasteless. I was shocked at the Managers attitude when I asked them to please revise my bill. She ( if indeed she was the Manager ) raised her voice and refused. I would also like to add. Myself and several employees work for a VERY large school district. If we like a place It can be put on our web board for over 5000 employees to see. I would NEVER recommend this place !!!! there were 10 of us. Two people were happy with the Quality of their meal.

My fiance and I went in there for Valentines Day, with reservations, and ended up being seated immediately. The experience went downhill from there. We were sat at a dirty table that had soy sauce dripped on it, it took 15 minutes for someone just to TAKE our drink order, and after deciding what we wanted, we looked around and there were 5 other tables in there that arrived before us who still didnt have drinks or their order taken. We waited another 10-15 minutes and were not even looked at by the staff of 2 waitresses and a host/busser. Needless to say if they dont have the foresight to put an extra server on a Friday night, let alone Valentines Day. . . then I will gladly have the foresight to never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We have been to Yutakas several times since they opened and we have been very pleased with thier food and service. However, the last few times we came the service and quality has been poor. Tonight, our food was brought to the wrong table and instead of remaking our food right away, plate after plate came out to other tables while we waited. After about 30 minutes, we just asked to pay for our appetizers and we left. **To make matters worse, they dont have a liquor liscense at the moment** We might try Yutakas again later, but tonight were having cocktails and sushi across the street at Junz.

Im picky with my sashimi and this place is great for the price. Service is fantastic but some servers may need to be spoken to slow they are real Japanese and may not be used to American dialect. Other than that its a legit Japanese sushi restaurant that deserves more customers. Pictured: Parker Roll with Unagi (Eel) Tuna, Salmon role , and Sashimi: Salmon+White Tuna. BOGO Saki! Coffee Mochi ice cream was a nice , not too sweet, top off.

On this particular day, I visited Yutaka two times. I brought friends over to eat here both times and they loved it and said it was the best Japanese food theyve had in a while. The sushi is usually spot on and the entres are very good. One complaint, though, they can be rather slow getting food to the table when theres not a lot of business. But notice, Im giving 5 stars....the food is that good and the wait staff is professional and friendly.

I went to lunch with my dad and we got the lunch special (2 rolls, miso soup and salad for 8.95). We usually choose Yutaka for sushi in Parker but havent been since last summer. Not sure if its changed hands or was just an off day, but the miso soup was watery, the salad dressing was not the usual, and the fish in the sushi was warm, like room temperature which was pretty off putting.

My udon noodles were barely adequate. My wife said shes had better sushi at a grocery store. I did take-out and I could not help noticing there was only one table being used at a little after 1pm, never a good sign. No idea how this place got 4 stars on Google.

Cleaner than Junz with more friendly service. Sushi like salmon and super white tuna is awesome (not sure about rolls), and right now they have 2-for-1 beers all day. Generous with portions of steamed edimami. My new favorite sushi place in Parker!

The staff was incredibly nice. We came in about 30 mins before they closed, felt horrible because no one else was in there. But they were so welcoming. The experience was amazing. The food was incredible. Best place for sushi in parker.

Id have disagree with some of the other reviewers and say that the staff is pretty friendly. The rolls are good but of the Americanized varieties. Its very tasty though, and Id give it about 4 stars on the freshness scale as well.

The sushi is fresh and the price is lower than other offerings in Parker. The service is stellar but only when they arent busy. Once the place fills up the staff seems to forget what they are doing and take a long time.
