Stayed at a nearby resort for a conference and came here three times, two dinners and one lunch. For the first dinner, we tried green curry beef and pineapple fried rice. Both came in big portions and tasted good. Too full from the entrees to have any dessert. For the second dinner, we had red curry beef and lemongrass salad. The salad portion was good for a light dinner but had a bit too much sauce. For the last time and only lunch, we tried squash tempura, a cup of Tom Yum Kung soup, and lunch special red curry beef. The tempura was not like those served in Japanese restaurants, but still decent. Overall, service is fast and staff is friendly here.

This restaurant is not only home to some delicious food, but the decor is really lovely as well; there is an aspen log divider that demarcates the dining area and the hostess stand. Its beautiful and unexpected. The service is quick, and the food is to die for. Order the tempura kabocha squash appetizer and treat yourself, its something you dont see at every restaurant and its especially delicious and just different enough to be exciting. I order the pad se ew with tofu, and on request they will remove the fish sauce from the dish to make it a true vegetarian treat. Stop in and give Na Rai a try. Its totally worth it, I promise!

The issue is the staff, best not to take out but order in , whenever I have place easy simple orders for pick up the staff always gets them wrong its happend 4 times now the food is great but its not great when you place an order for one thing and get another so thats the issue I have. The food for eat in is great very fresh and tasty but like other people have said the portion sizes have almost halved in the last few months but they still charge the same so its not the best at all, anyway if you want to pay more for tasty food its great for that just beware you might have to double order the sizes are small

Food - 4.5 stars Service - understaffed at time, 3 stars Food was very good albeit a little cold by the time it got to us and waitstaff was accommodating. Ive give these guys the benefit of the doubt and say the service is great so long as there are enough servers during busy hours. As it was, there was a seating and food ordering mix up. No bartender, so my drink was lacking the "flair". And seemingly only two waiters during dinner rush. i advise you avoid the crowd or risk subpar service.

Ill admit, I have never been to Thailand. But I have eaten Thai food all over the US, including both coasts. The food in the Springs is mediocre at best, so I was skeptical. Yet, this place is fantastic; head and shoulders over the other restaurants in the neighborhood. As a side note, when I was doing a month with no sugar, the owner turned up to tell me that everything on the menu has a little sugar in the sauce and proceeded to make me something from scratch. Superb!

Was craving some Asian food once I arrived in Colorado Springs. My wife and I were so excited to tear into our meal but, the taste of the food was a bit bland and not as flavorful as we hoped. The food definitely did its job and we had our fill for the night but wasnt worth the price in my opinion. By the way, we got our meal to go so, you could possibly get a different experience by dining in.

I used to love coming here. Staff was super nice and helpful, food was good. Idk if theyve gotten more popular or what but now theyre consistently understaffed, their portion sizes have decreased considerably, and I have found hair in my food twice. Theyre letting their standards slip as so many restaurant do when they get popular. Pity

Super accommodating for vegans/vegetarians. When I asked for tofu, the waitress asked if Id like no fishsauce in our curry as well, which was super nice of her. We had an instance over the phone where we got eggrolls with meat and that kind of sucked, but mistakes happen. Inside of the place is super nice, but the prices arent bad.

Repeat customer, the food has a wonderful taste, and to have the ability to have the heat to your liking is wonderful. Highly recommend the Royal Chicken it is the best on the menu as far as I am concerned but the noodle dishes are also great. Check it out for yourself, you will not be sorry.

I travel often & always seek the best Thai joint in town. This is my new Favorite! The food was amazing with good portions at great prices. The decor is clean & lil trendy but very comfy. Music was a smooth jazzy lounge mix, & the waitresses were beautiful & attentive.

This place is absolutely amazing, Ive tried everything on the menu and it is all so good and full of flavor. The servers are really friendly and prompt. I tried their new pink martini recently and it is so tasty and fresh. Everyone needs to check this place out.

Better of the two of these Thai restaurants in town, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired. In my honest opinion, this is the best Thai food in Colorado Springs. Edit 3/24/17: portion sizes decreased considerably, but they still charge the same.

This restaurant just gets better and better. The menu evolves to include new adventures. Quality preparation of fresh ingredients. Unless you are a Thai Food expert, start with "mild" and move on up. This restaurant does "hot".

The food was delicious! We were a little let down with our appetizer as the portion was ridiculously small. The curry and the wonton soup were on point. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. The bathrooms were very clean.

Repeat customer. On every occasion the food has been excellent and the service as well. Every dish has been flavorful and generally tasty. Go for a Thai iced tea, or grab a local brew (mixed drinks a great to).

This is easily the best Thai I have had in the Springs. Their Ginger Chicken is heavenly. Fresh ingredients and titillating spices. Treat yourself and eat here at least once.

I ordered Special Red Curry with Kabocha Squash - Chicken. It was the perfect amount of spicy and lots of flavor. Its by far my favorite curry I have had here in the Springs.

Casual Thai in an upscale environment. The staff was slow but friendly. It might have just been an off day but the food was so oily that I couldnt really taste anything.

I want to give this place a five so bad! I love the food so much but I think the service is pretty lackluster and doesnt reflect how good the food and atmosphere is.

Food was pretty oily and not that flavorful. Beef was way too chewy. Kind of a long wait for food even though there werent many people there. Friendly staff though.

Narai is my favorite Thai food in Colorado Springs. Im *so* glad they opened up a second location; I really hope it does well down here on the South end!
