Ive microwaved better meals. I think they raid an "all you can eat buffet" in Aurora and then delivered it here. We had the General Tsos Chicken and the Kung Poa chicken delivered to our house in the Meadows. It took over an hour for it to get here. If it was good I wouldnt have cared. However, I cared. It was not good. Theres no way this was cooked after I ordered it. Everything was soggy and the flavor was not great. The General Tsos chicken was without a doubt the worst Ive ever had. It was coagulated into one gross ball of sugary soggy breading. I threw out everything... I never throw food away. I usually eat everything and hate myself for it. Thats their only saving grace. I dont feel horrible for eating too much so they get an extra star. So not impressed. If this would have been even near as good as Panda Express I would be giving it 4 stars and be crazy happy that I could get edible chinese food. I guess Ill keep looking. ):

The worst Chinese food I have ever had. The Kung Pao Chicken was gross, it had this weird taste to it. The cheese wontons tasted sour, like the cheese had turned. And the pork lo mein was the worst of all. It made lo mein in a shopping mall food court taste great. There was a weird smell to it. If you want good lo mein, Toss Asian has the best. Now, the Gerneral Tsaos chicken was great. Really really great. However, the last piece of chicken had a hair attached to it, and the chicken under the breading had a huge black spot. I dont know what that was all about. We spent $51 on the worst takeout experience ever. The whole family agreed that this food was bad. But I am more angry than anything that I gave $50 to an establishment that served such horrible food.

The only reason it did not get a hated it mark is because my little one loves this place, the food is not very good but for castle rock it isnt saying much, I have been going here for years with hesitation each time because of the service you receive, they are not friendly at all!! The staff unfortunately treats you as if they are doing you a favor by serving you and since the English barrier is not helpful it becomes pretty frustrating very quickly. I had it with finally as the new girl server is just plain rude and does not like her job very much as it is evident with the way she treats you. We will not be going back again as this place finally threw me over the edge with the so so food but the horrific customer service!

I moved to Castle Rock a couple of months ago and the first place I looked for was a chinese restaurant that delivers to my location. I did a google search and tried the first placed that popped up which was South Garden II. They ended up delivering to my location and just stuck with them until I came back home one day and found a Tasty House menu stuck in my door. The pricing was actually pretty much the same but I definitely noticed a huge difference in quality of food. Im not saying this is the best chinese food out there, but its been better then the competition in the area. I only get chinese food from Tasty House now.

Do not order from this place. We placed our order, asked how many egg rolls come in an order, was told 2, got our order and there was one. Also the egg drop soup was burnt. Not a big deal right? Wrong. After a 20 minute discussion of how I didnt order the right thing they finally said ok, we will fix it. THE COOK SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE, AND HE WAS PRETTY COMBATIVE, SAYING "YOU SAID MY FOOD ISNT GOOD, I FOLLOW SAME RECIPE EVERYDAY..." seriously. The next batch of soup was even worse, couldnt even eat it. Stay away from this place.

Service is great and super friendly, wish I lived nearby, this would be my regular spot. Ordered some apps and a total of 4 entrees between the 3 of us. Everything was delicious including the soups. They do it right here. Only thing I would change is the gravy for the egg foo young. I personally prefer a flour based gravy, but it seems the Colorado tradition is more of a clear brown sauce than a gravy. Still delicious, just my personal preference.

Restaurant was clean, including the bathroom...Food was great, came out fast! The egg drop soup is fantastic and so is the hot and sour soup. They do not cook the vegetables to death like most Chinese restaurants do and they dont skimp on ingredients...They use straw mushrooms, plenty of snow peas and big shrimp! Service was great and all our needs were met.....Prices are fair....We will be back!!

No. No. No. Same sauces over the same foods. I ordered Egg Foo Young and got a fried egg covered a brown sauce (that was gross onto itself) and veggies and fatty pork thrown on top. Was the food fresh? Probably, but other than the fried rice, this is the worst Chinese food place in Castle Rock weve found yet. If I could dispute the $50 we spent, I would. All we ate was the $5 fried rice....

The best Chinese in Castle Rock hands down. Meat is always fresh, trimmed of fat etc. Chicken is white meat. Sauces are great. Vegetables are fresh and crisp. Delivery is always fast and I live in Crystal Valley. The servings are plentiful, serving 2 easy. Fair price. I cant say enough about the consistency here. The bad reviews here are completely oposite of my 2 dozen orders

Food is incredible. When I first saw the prices I was skeptical, but then the quantity of the food made up for them almost immediately! I ordered the orange chicken and I got a large helping of rice (My dad, the rice professional, says the rice could be improved) along with more than enough orange chicken with incredible sauce. Getting take out tonight and hope to see more visits.

DISAPPOINTED! HAVE LIVED NEARBY FOR A FEW MONTHS FINALLY DECIDE TO TRY THE NEAREST CHINESE. TASTELESS. EVEN THE SPICY MUSTARD AND SOY SAUCE PACKETS DIDNT TASTE LIKE ANYTHING! ITS ALMOST AS IF ALL OF THE SPICES, SEASONING, AND SAUCES WERE DILUTED PRIOR TO COOKING. HORRIBLE. DEFINITELY THE FIRST AND LAST TIME WE ORDER HERE. COULD HAVE GOTTEN BETTER FLAVORS FROM A FROZEN DINNER.

Very nice restaurant. Fresh well prepared Asian food. We showed up 45 min before closing on a Tuesday evening, I was concerned that we would get food that had been reheated from earlier in the day. But I was very happy with the food it was fresh hot and well prepared. The vegetables were crisp the sauces fresh and not to heavy. I will make a point to come back.

Hands down Tasty House is one of our favorite places to eat. Weve eaten Chinese food in a lot of different states, and this place has the best weve had anywhere. The wait staff is fantastic and really friendly. The food is very reasonably priced and it comes out super fast. Cant say enough good things about this place. Love it!!

Great food, but the prices are very high compared to any Chinese food place Ive been before. 2 dinner meals and changed white rice to pork fried rice (which is standard at any other one), almost $37.00. In my opinion, pork fried rice should be included in a $12 dinner. While the food is great, its not worth what what they charge.
