This is not a usual place for me to take my family, but it seemed to have what we were looking for. In addition, we discovered that the kids eat free. Though the restaurant was far from busy, we had to wait around in the vestibule, before somebody from behind the screen took notice of us. There was also a nice wait for the food to be brought to our table. I had Fish and Chips, because I had a hankering, and the two fish fillets were perfectly OK for the frozen "drop and fry" type product, though the scraps of fries I was delivered seemed to have been left out a little too long. The two smallest kids had mac n cheese, and a "face" pancake, so there really wasnt much to say about that. My wife had a Philly Cheese steak, which had to be sent back because the bottom was furry with mold. Very disgusting. They brought another, at which time I found out why my fries looked like the bottom of the barrel, because they had to make her some more. My older daughters cheeseburger, she soon discovered, had a blackened, rotted piece of lettuce on it. More disgustingness, and she lost her appetite. By the way, even with the "Kids Eat Free," the bill came to $38.00 before tip. Not really the deal of the day. Ill take my family someplace nicer if Im going to spend that kind of dough. I wont be back.

IF YOU LIKE THUMBS TOUCHING YOUR FOOD WHILE THEY PRESENT THE FOOD TO YOU, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!! My family and I eat out a lot and this place is hands down the worst around town when it comes to the overall service, the main problem here is when the servers present your food with there thumbs literally in your food, after telling the manager about this problem and that it has happened on multiple occasions he said he understood the problem but he couldnt make his people stop doing this, I couldnt beleive what I heard. Obviously the manager is in over his head if thats the case, its just unbelievable that a place can continue to perform like this over and over again, this place should be shut down until the problem has been fixed, the customers have know idea where the servers hands have been and its just disrespectful practice to present food with fingers touching them. All you need to do is eat there a few times to see this problem, IT WILL HAPPEN and they just dont care, in addition they can be very slow to serve, not all the time but a lot of the time, even when they are not busy these problems are happening. SO SAD, SO SO SAD....

Arrived to a waiting room full of people but almost every table was available. Waited to be seated and got a waiter that barely spoke english. He argued with us on what we could get with a combo and my brother decided to get toast. After all the arguing he still brought pancakes. I got 3 pancakes and a pepsi for $9.38. Pancakes werent done and were cold. I had an empty glass for 15 minutes. He saw me chewing my ice cubes and he brought me a glass of water?? The couple at the table next to us had issues with him arguing as well. We asked him to split our tab and he still gave us 1 tab and said we had to pay at the register. I said no we need it SPLIT and he just pointed to the receipt where it said please pay the cashier. Last time I will ever go there. Ill save 10 bucks and make pancakes at home next time.

Called in a to go order shortly after 10 am. The guy who answered the phone never asked how i wanted the eggs cooked for the combos, he was taking payments from dine in customers WHILE I WAS TRYING TO PLACE MY ORDER, then said he would call when the food was ready. Went to the restaurant around 1040am since they had not called only to find out that the order was not put in. Went to walmart and bought all the fixins for the breakfast i wasnt planning on cooking but spent less. We will not be dining at this IHOP or attempting a to go order.

How difficult can it be to make pancakes and eggs? My family went here for a quick breakfast. Forget the quick as it took over 45 minutes to get our meals and the place was less than 20% filled. My wifes toast was cold and the waiter was clueless. I have enjoyed other IHOPs so I feel bad giving this negative review but unless we speak up no one will know there is a problem, Sorry but I dont think we will be coming back anytime soon.

We went for the first time today and had a horrible experience. We have been to other ihops before and had very good ezperiences. The service was terrible, we never got silverware, our food took a very long time to get to our table, when it did the portions were very small and the fruit was still frozen, the French toast was soggy. Wont eat there again.

Went there for breakfast today with my Mom. For a Monday morning, the restaurant wasnt busy and we were seated quick. Our server Dustin was great! He was patient, and attentive. I had the t-bone steak and eggs with pancakes and the food was excellent. Overall great food, good restaurant and great service.

Great service, clean, and the food is really delicious. So good that my friend and I have chosen this place to get together every week. We always choose to be seated in Seths section because he cares about his customers and makes the extra effert to connect with them.

Lipstick on my coffee mug .....waited five minutes for them to change it.bad start...now that my coffee is empty twenty minutes later and our food isnt here...service is not a strong point here I would walk out but its bound to show up sometime after this review.

I dont normally like the breakfast chains but this was excellent. Great staff. Great food. Its a perfect Sunday brunch spot! It can get busy but I have never waited more than 5 minutes. Not your average IHOP
