If I could give the zero stars I would. Ive given this restaurant chance after chance and they continue to disappoint. This was the second time that I ordered delivery and 2 hours later and the food is still not here ... 1st time I called and talked to a million people and just got "oh I just cant find your order" a bunch of people with bad attitudes. 2nd time I spoke to two people... Was put on hold for a while and spoke to a "manager" ... Again no consideration of apologies or anything. After expressing how I felt I got well Ill give you a free appetiZer ... Hmmm no thanks. I asked how quickly my food could get here... 20 more minutes ... 20!!!! I literally live one block away!!! This is my first time ever writing a review but I truly felt that something needed to be said in order for this restaurant to care enough to make a change. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

At first we thought it was kind of pricey, but then we ate the food and realized why. The portions were huge, and it tasted amazing. I have a family of 6, and I ordered 3 meals. We had plenty of leftovers, and 2 meals would have been enough. We ordered the cheese wonton appetizers, 2 orange chickens, and the cashew chicken. We tried the plain fried rice and the brown rice as well as the lo mein. It was all amazing. This is the best Chinese food we have eaten anywhere, and my husband is very picky when it comes to any food. You definitely get what you pay for. We did take-out, but when I went inside to pick it up, I was so impressed with the atmosphere. I plan on dining in on my next date night with my hubby. It is about time we get an awesome Asian and sushi restaurant in this area. Thanks!!!

When i called to order my meal for delivery the man speaking had me repeat everything about 3 times and it was so frustrating. Then the driver had called my phone when he was outside my house and was extremely rude demanding me to go downstairs, so i had told him i was on my way. When i got outside he was ready to drive off after less than 1 minute of waiting. Super unprofessional. I had tipped him $1 dollar because of how rude he was being and when I went back upstairs he started banging on my front door and ringing the doorbell and was complaining about the tip. The salmon still had small prickly bones in it and the sushi just tasted terrible. The brown rice was not worth it at all. Would not recommend at all.

We sat down and everything was okay and nice, and then we ordered a beer and the waiter started looking at us funny and cooked up an attitude. like we were bad people for ordering alcohol. He started walking away and my friend and I started looking at each other like, "what just happened." and the waiter turns around and says "you got a problem?!" all pushy. We did nothing wrong. The waiter made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. My guy friend said "no, do you have a problem?" and the waiter just walked away. I really tried to block it off while eating because I love sushi. But this guy was really weird to the extent that I will not go back. I want to eat in peace! This guy was so rude.

My bf and I just had lunch here for the first time, and were very impressed!! The decor was beautiful- modern and inviting. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was delicious. We started off with egg drop soup which was the perfect consistency. He had the Mongolian beef, which was extremely tender. I got Sweet and Sour chicken, which was crispy but not overly so, and the breading had an excellent flavor- some of the best Ive had. The prices were inexpensive and the portion size was as expected. The sushi bar also looked great, and I dont even like sushi! Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

Heed the bad reviews!! This was my first time here but unfortunately I didnt read the reviews until afterwards. The waitress was not knowledgeable and didnt even understand my question about the menu. I ordered sushi and they got it wrong of course. And like others have said, they offered no apology, then just sat the corrected order on the table and walked away. The sushi was flavorless and the Kung pao tasted terrible. They should NOT be making sushi. If you dont want to be disappointed, take your business elsewhere.

After ordering delivery a couple of times and being satisfied with the food we decided to dine in for the first time today. We were pleasantly surprised with the decor of the restaurant. Service was friendly and lightening fast. Food was very good, although we have another sushi restaurant we prefer for pure sushi dining. Sunrise has a very large menu though so theres far more than just sushi. Overall we are very satisfied and will be back again.

New to the area so tried this place out for the first time. Did a take out order. Got home and discovered they had forgotten to include the carton of fried rice. Called the restaurant and they had a driver deliver the rice and they also included a couple of egg rolls as an apology. Appreciate the follow up service for their error. Food was very good. Will definitely go back

Weve been coming to Sunrise ever since they opened, and I cant say that Ive ever been disappointing. Ive brought friends here multiple times, most recently we purchased a sushi boat and their sashimi was remarkably fresh for us being in a land-locked state. Keep up the good work, and Ill always come back for some katsu!

They served really tasty sushi, perfect temperature and flavorful fish. The decor was modern and great for an intimate conversation. The tall booths did make it feel like the restaurant was empty, but I dont think you would have trouble getting a table around dinner time. Overall a lovely dinner.

love the sushi here very fresh. the grilled eel is to die for. they have great specials on sushi. definetely worth the trip. i would recommend this place to any one who is a sushi feind. staff was very helpful as i wasnt like my food made a certain way. great food, great service, great place.

I run a Chinese restaurant in sc and I just moved from South Carolina,one day my family want a Chinese food we just went there and we all have good time there ,the service was great foods good ,but we dont eat sushi so I can say anything about theyre sushi ,we will be back!

I have ordered about seven different entrees for delivery and let me tell you all of the food was amazing, and very flavorful! You know its good when youre doing a little shake dance as you eat. I have found a new "Favorite" place for Asian cousine. I give them 5 stars.

When we walked in the atmosphere was soothingly classy and modern. The host was very polite and helpful. Wed Nvr had Sake and he recommended the Snow Beauty. Everything was fresh and delicious. They even honor military with discounts!!

ordered food from grub hub, and it said 30-45 min to get here, fine. but after 2 hours of waiting and various calls they deliver but they got the order wrong. take my advise and go somewhere else with your business. horrible experience
