This Sonic is terrible. The food is always cold and the tots taste like old oil. It would be so nice if you could get a warm burger from here. I have been here three times now in hopes that maybe the previous experience was just a bad day. Well, I can officially say now the owners and managers do not care about quality control or pleasing their customers. Please do not waste your money by ordering from here. You will be disappointed unless you order a shake or drink. Pretty hard to mess those up.

I went there expecting to use the last of a prepaid card, only to find they cannot split a bill. It would be nice to have that posed as I wouldnt have ordered food there. Then I get home with my food only to find they gave me a double cheeseburger when i ordered a chicken sandwich. The quality of the food is poor and the service is even worse. Sadly I would choose mc Donalds over this sonic, quality and service are the same, bit my Donalds is cheaper.

My family went here to get some ice cream after a long day of yard work, and the wait was fine. However, this is the second time Ive been here where there has been a problem with the guy taking orders. He got our order wrong, and then when we asked him for the item, he was nothing but sassy. I just wanted to slap the taste out of his mouth. Then we get home and our "blasts" were barely blended. Mine had white powder at the bottom still.... come on!!!

We come to this location often and the service is always good and the food items that we order are as Fresh and warm at the precise time the employee delivers the food to us. We do appreciate the courtiest service from each of your employees each time we come to the Tower Road and 103rd Ave Sonic drive in location. Thank you and have a good evening.

The staff is always friendly and drive-thru is always fast I have to give credit to the manager Antoinetta who was generous enough to fix a small mistake made previously on my order. she was very apologetic and friendly . She definitely represents what customer service is all about and the food is always delicious

This is the worst sonic location ever. My hamburger was all cold the cheese wasnt melted that is how cold it was and the bun was so cold it was like it was just taken out of the refrigerator!!!! My husband and I were looking for a good juice hamburger. What a dissapointing meal even the onion rings were cold.

I tend to order the specially hotdogs when I go to Sonic if you order them from this location they always come out soggy they dont take the time to dry the ingredients before they put them on the bun so we tend to drive to a different Sonic when we want food

Go to the hood and you get shity service and old food, this is the spot to go to the food was fresh, the service was great and fast 5 stars for me dont know why these people complain.....

The service was okay. The sandwiches were old, cold, and vtasteless, I have gone to a few Sonic Drive-in and they have all had bad sandwiches. If you want ok food, dont come here.
