By far the WORST pizza place in existence. On one occasion I got pieces of wood in my crust, sent a complaint and got no response. On another occasion my boyfriend ordered and we waited 2 hours, calling and trying to talk to someone, and ended up calling a help line and was told that they also cannot get through. Turns out they closed early and never got our order. And now I have been waiting for an hour and a half, was told that it was out for delivery but when I called again was told we are 4th down on the list, and wont be leaving the store soon. Not to mention the constant issues with communication and they are always out of something. Ive been brought the wrong order twice. The people who answer phones are rude, and honestly, my only advice to give anyone ordering from this branch is to treat it like a roll of the dice. Sometimes they get it right, most times they leave you hanging and hungry.

I wish I could give them 0 starts. I have placed an online order and 20 minutes after the pizza was supposed to arrive I decided to call to make sure everything was okay. Jen, the person who picked up the phone, explained that the driver was by my building and tried my phone number, which went straight to the voicemail. Interestingly, I had my phone right next to me the entire time, fully charged, awaiting a call from them. When I asked Jen how is it possible that I am calling from a phone that supposedly "went straight to the voicemail" and its working fine now, she said, "I dont know, Im not a technician." The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness I was faced with is unacceptable. Im waiting for the driver to attempt the second delivery right now. Wonder if they can dial my number correctly this time...

Ordered my familys dinner on line. The timer on line is NOT what is reality for the store. After being upset that my family still hadnt had dinner yet going on 9pm at night I called the store and spoke with the NEW manager Jenn. She was sooo apologetic and assured me the timer is a web site issue and she has tried to get this corrected. Also, they are down to ONE driver. It is my belief that Jenn is doing all she can to work out the kinks in this location. She was soo patient, professional and actually CARED about my displeasure. Went waaay out of the way to make this right for me and my family! Hold tight guys!! She is ON IT!!!! Thanks Jenn!!! (FYI... She has been there just three weeks!!)

STAY AWAY!!! I ordered a pizza for pick up, got there and there was a guy standing in the pizza assembly line with 2 foot long hair, no Pizza Hut uniform and no hair net, along with many other health code violations by the staff. I get home and am ready to eat my dinner and watch the boxing match, I open the box and the guy has literally made 20 plus cuts on the pizzas, each slice was less than an inch wide... No marinara sauce on the pizza and the crust tasted like card board. Not feeling so well after i ate a couple of bites. So, i called up there and asked to speak with the manager and told him how awful this pizzas were and he hung up on me. Lets see what the owner thinks.

I get home late last night and was looking to get something delivered. Pizza Hut was the only place open so I placed an order online right before closing time. I get it, I feel bad for placing orders last minute but these guys didnt even bother to calling me to tell me they cancelled my order and that they werent going to show up at my house that evening. To me thats just horrible customer service. The customer service representative was very polite and handled the situation the following morning but the employees at this location suck. Do your job and if not, at least communicate with your customers as to why you cant fulfill an order.

First I ordered online and went to pick it up. They were closed so I had to go to the Lafayette store. It is an extra 10 mins to get there. The manager called and he gave me a credit which was fine. I called to order my meal and told them I had a credit. The food was disgusting. The pizza soggy, wings were hard and the bread sticks not warm. I Dont know if I will ever order from this store again. I will probably do the extra 10 min drive and order from somewhere else.

Theyve screwed up several pizza and breadstick orders to varying degrees and cant follow instructions for a delivery. I needed them to call my cell phone for a late night order, gave them my number, told them I really needed them to call my cell phone to let me know they were here, not knock, not ring the bell, not call the house, call MY cell phone, and they called the house phone and woke everyone up in my house. Saying Im not happy is an understatement.

Do not order from here unless you do not care whether your food comes or not. Multiple times, we have had to cancel our order from this location. Just yesterday estimated delivery was 34 minutes. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I get "thats just our delivery time right now" when I called. Ridiculous. Just be ready for your food not to come at a decent time and have a plan b when ordering.

Horrible... everything about this franchise is a joke! They dont listen, they send the wrong order.... they have gotten every order wrong weve sent. Its embarrassing- the franchisee should realize they are doing a poor job- especially in a well established neighborhood! I couldnt imagine being this business owner... what an embarrassment... you must be HORRIBLE at business!!!!!!

Everytime I try to order from here my order either gets lost or they dont bring the entire order. I also had one of their delivery drivers tell me that I was at the wrong house... like, seriously? I know my own address. I dont hold Pizza Hut to very high standards but this place is just awful.
