I have never had such terrible experience with any delivery service however this location never ceases to surprise me. An tonight was so bad I couldnt help but make a review (which is unusual for me being that 4 years in the food business usually leaves me with great understanding for when things dont go well). I ordered my pizza around 9:45ish with the pizza ariveing at about 10:15ish, i heard two nocks at my door as I was walking to my door I hear one more nock before opening the door as I seen the delivery guy (Thomas according to the receipt) walking away. It took two "hey!"s and to chase to get his attention before he stopped an said "..oh" and waited for me to walk down the side walk to where he stopped. After I asked for a reminder of the price he handed me the receipt and said nothing while I pulled out my phone to use as a light to read the receipt in the dark. He continued to be completely silent and emediately walking away after receiving the money. Unfortunately this pizza hut is less than a mile from my house however I will not order from this location again.

Pizza Hut is preferably one of my favorite pizza joint among Papa Johns & Dominos. I like the fact that this one isnt too far away from us, so I drove by this location to pick up, where they have a sign posted on their door telling you to use drive thru with a pickup. No big deal. Drove through; the driveway is pretty badly made, so watch yourself for reckless drivers. Also all the delivery drivers parked towards their drive thru making it difficult to get out. Picked up my food, servers were pretty nice, and left. Discovered I was missing some food, so I had to go back; good rule of thumb is to always check. Definitely think Im more into their pizza than their appetizers because Im usually always disappointed by their sides. Also was expecting the side dips to be made in house, theyre not; sort of been years since I had Pizza Hut.

Our delivery order was almost an hour late , the pizza was obviously cold but the box was crushed as well. We also ordered some wings and literally 6 of the 8 had no sauce on them because half of it was on the outside of the container. We order from Dominos now, the pizza, at its best, isnt as good but we dont have to deal with this bs. Also the deliver driver didnt have change for a $20!?!? What the f!

Its not that hard to take an order. I get pizza here all the time. They have my address on file. I guess they were so busy today it went through to a call center. I gave the girl my address several times, and she was totally clueless. Finally hung up and called papa johns instead. Both places asked me my name. Why do they care? Its pizza, not match dot com. Probably selling peoples contact information.

I should have learned by the 2nd and 3rd time. I live exactly 0.6 miles away and it took an hour and a half. The second ti,e they forgot the extra sauce I paid for ... LAST time I ask for extra sauce but get extra pepperoni so greasy I could only eat two pieces before I gave it to my neighbors. Get Your S*it together Jesus Christ its making pizza.

Ordered delivery because I wasnt feeling well. This place is literally a mile from my house. It took 45 mins and everything was cold. The boxes were in terrible shape, clearly someone put something heavy on top of my pizza. My oven is preheating so I can have a warm meal. Dominos is cheaper, further away and faster. Lesson Learned.

I called in to order some breadsticks and I wanted them delivered to the base located at the bottom of Ft Lewis Drive. Spoke to a couple of degenerates who told me they didnt know where I was. I called Papa Johns and within 20 minutes Peyton Manning personally delivered my pizza on the house. Step your game up Pizza Hell.

I called there and Tim answered. I kept asking if someone still worked there and he kept telling me he doesnt speak spanish. Seriously?! I was trying to be very clear but Im from Massachusetts born and raised. I definitely dont speak spanish either. This guy was just rude, so I definitely did not order any pizza.

It arrived cold after 45 mins even though we are half a mile away. I heated it back up. After I got through the first piece all I could think is man, this effing sucks! I questioned weather I had eaten an actual slice of pizza or just ingested a bad joke. I am so disappoint.
