Wow. I have never seen any business with lower ratings how terrible. The only reason we continue to go here because we literally live a block away from this location. Its extremely convenient. Weve lived here for a over a year and our experience is always the same. Even with the different managers that seem to pop up and then leave all of the time. It doesnt even matter if you go through the drive thru or inside. The drive thru they are extremely rude and pushy and make you feel like a jerk for even ordering. They dont tell you your total until you get to the window, which is fine but dont get frustrated when you then have to wait for me to get that payment ready. There is always a guy at the window who is around 300lbs. He stares at you uncomfortably on purpose and then makes odd remarks you cant hear. He does this every time! He honestly creeped me out so much I started bringing my fiancé with every time. They say to pull around front and theyll bring it out in five minutes. NOPE. More like we have waited 25 minutes before, if I didnt already pay I would have happily drove off. Then when you come inside it isnt better. Trash cans are flowing. Theres trash on the tables and trash on the ground. The drink station isnt stalked and there is soda literally everywhere on the dang thing. They NEVER have any food prepared. We try a variety of food there and you can guarantee youll have to wait at least five minutes for some kind of food. They had or still have, who knows, managers that need to be taught what manners are since its so hard for them to display at work. Ive seen the Indian girl manager yell at customers for taking too long to order. And Ive see the shorter blonde girl scream at employees and me and my fiancé have caught her rolling her eyes at us multiple times. I understand you work in the food industry, I helped managed a pizza chain. I understand you become busy and frustrated. But this is a customer service job first and foremost, Ive never seen a place with such consistently low service. And Im only writing this now because MY FIANCÉ HAS TERRIBLE FOOD POISONING. Hes beeen extremely sick for 24 hours straight thanks to you. This is not a clean environment and not clean people either. They all smoke outside the building not even five feet away and come back and dont wash hand. Disgusting all around. I dont even know what good this review does since their corporate has never responded to anyone before. I dont even care anymore at this point for location. Ill drive to 72nd and Sheridan because this panda is honestly so delicious. Im just appalled by this location.

I get drive thrus are supposed to be "fast" but rushing your customers during ordering, even going so far as to decide theyre done ordering because they took too long to respond to you with what they wanted (we were trying to see if you had Coke or Pepsi products fyi) and totaling their order 3 meals shy of what they came for then snapping back when they say that was rude nevermind we will go somewhere else that you were supposed to be off already and youre tired is NOT ACCEPTABLE customer service. Youre still clocked in, youre still an employee representing P.E. Then we add the inability to leave the drive thru line. We fumed about how we were treated as we wasted over 10 mins sitting in your line deciding where else to go. Thought maybe if we pulled up to the window we could ask for a manager to explain our displeasure but Ms. Snarky wouldnt even turn around or open the window, that was immature and horrible representation of Panda Express. Youre constantly out of food and weve spent too many times waiting 10+ minutes in line and another 10+ minutes in the parking lot to get not so great food or told youre simply out of it all together. We wont be coming back. By the way, Goodtimes not only treated us 100% better using "take your time" and "thank you" often, but they also gave us free ice cream to make up for YOUR mistake!! Poor business! Eat elsewhere!

This place is a joke. I should have called the health department on them a long time ago. I have had raw chicken about 2 months ago. It was disgusting!!! Anyway, I went in tonight and spoke with the joke of a manager and let him know that about 2 weeks ago I had a bad plate of food with dry noodles etc. He would not reimburse me for it with an equal meal. This place is gross. I really do not know why I gave it another chance. So after he says no I then say whatever I will get food anyway so he sends over the employee to help me and I ask her if the food is fresh. She says no. Lol! I said, its old? She says uh, yeah. With a dumb founded face. So I drove off. Pathetic excuse. I do not know why they are in business. I will call the better business bureau along with the health department in the morning. Thanks panda!

I have food allergies and usually only eat steamed rice and steamed vegetables, but when I went in tonight the vegetables were dried and crunchy. They had obviously been there for several hours. They made a new batch, but when it was placed in the bin, there was some type of white sauce on it. When I asked what it was, the girl said "i dont know" and didnt ask anyone else. She then got angry when I said I didnt want it any more. My kids still got food, but when we checked out they "forgot" to charge for one small drink. After everything else, she made me give her my credit card again for one drink. As if it wasnt bad enough that I was going to have to starve because they dont know what is in their food. I wont be back.

This is by far one of the most unprepared places I have ever been. I have tried three times now to eat here and every time its a waste. Not only is panda expensive for what it is - but this location never has any food on hand. Came once after dinner rush and literally nothing was ready but kung pao. Today I come BEFORE the dinner rush - and after they take my money - they tell me its a ten minute wait. Been here fifteen minutes and still waiting on my food. I will not come back in to this location. All the people here act like theyd rather not have jobs anyway. Maybe dont try the drive thru ? Idk

I enjoyed my experience each time I visited there. The ambiance of this Panda Express was nice, the store was clean,the staffs were nice, polite and always made me feel welcome. Quite a few times they even recognized me and greeted me as I walked in. But most importantly, I still cannot find other places with a better orange chicken than Panda Express. My family liked their recently introduced Shitake Kale Chicken Breast quite a bit. The staffs there even took the time to walk me through setting a fundraiser for my organization. This restaurant has certainly become one of my favorites.

Rarely any complaints about the food. Good food. Friendly. Huge large sodas & tea. They need to go back to the better made drink carriers with the handle. Nothing worse then a couple of large drinks spilling all over the car trying to get the drinks home. They seriously overcharge to have certain items in the 2-3 item dinners especially considering the smaller portions of those compared to the non premium dishes. And when ordering the 3 item plate the container for whatever they decide is your third item (usually any premium dishes) is unbelievably small.
