Think you need a few more experienced employees. Food was great. While paying, a group comes up with their cups and said the drinks are out....ive already finished paying. So i went to get a drink and 90%of the drinks were out except flavored water. Asked for a refund on the over $2 empty cup i now have and after the cashier fumbles around and cant get a word out i just tell her im going to trade her the empty cup for 2 bottles waters. Then another group of 5 also says hey your drinks are out. We got to spend the rest of our meal watching the cashiers butt crack squirm all over the floor to "fix the machine". Literally was rolling around on the floor, under the machine.. Then went right back to work. Gross.

The food was great! The service, however was awful! The girl making my order had an attitude that wouldnt quit. She never made eye contact with me and when she mumbled a question to me and I asked her to repeat herself she ignored me. I asked for sour cream and she put a little on and when I asked for more she was livid and tried to put half the bottle on my burrito. At the very end of this awful transaction she sarcastically said "have a good day" with the most fake smile. I just wanted a burrito, not to be treated like trash. Ill find somewhere else for my Mexican food from now on.

Meh. Paid more money for lesser quality and quantity of food than at Chipotles. My whole meal just tasted like the queso sauce and nothing else. Dont get all the hype, the food really wasnt that great. However, the staff was friendly and the store looked clean.

Every ingredient they had looked like it was sitting out for a few hour they wore really stingy with the serving size and at the end the food was dry and hard. Two stars only because they told my wife happy mothers day. Not coming back!

Great service! The manager Lindsey was really sweet and kind, and offered to comp our meals after an issue with another burrito. Thank you Lindsey for your kindness and understanding! We will most definitely be returning to this Qdoba.

Service is bad since the older morning ladies left. Now, theyre never open on time, and theres always some poor, lost trainee left on the line alone to fumble through an order that I have to repeat 60 times.

Great burritos! You cant beat the $5 burrito special on Mondays with the purchase of a fountain drink. It will be the best $5 you ever spend. Good other days too but you save a few bucks by going Monday.
