This place is horrible! I called to ask if they have gluten free bread and they told me to find out for myself, and I thought that was rude so I called back and the lady was just horrible. She started yelling at me and cussing me out this is what she said: "stop calling this f**king number, we dont have f**king time for this s**t so you need to f**king stop." and all I did was ask if they have gluten free bread. So I was really mad. My friend can not eat gluten or he will get sick! It seems like the BK employees just want him to die I mean WTF! What if he ate there and the bread had gluten and he just fell on the floor flopping around like a fish with white stuff fuzzing out of his ears. WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE DONE!?!?!? They probably would have sat there laughing at him. We would ask them to call 911 but they would probably just say nah do it yourself and keep laughing. These people are evil. They do not deserve to be employees at a place that is meant for royalty. This is stupid, Im gonna just go to McDonalds!!

Worst burger king I ever been too. Turned off the menu after we had been sitting there waiting to order for a good 3 to 4 minutes and it was only 10 at night when their hours show midnight anyways. Then came on speaker told us that they were sorry but they were closed and that they were not allowed to serve motorcycles anyways. Now that seems very much like discrimination on some level to me and totally profiling as well as a great way to loose customers. And that is exactly what is going to be the case here. That is the very last time me or any of my family or friends will be patrons of this place ever again. Also will be telling as many folks as I can about their1 policy. Never in my life or travels from one end of county to the other on our bike has any other Burger King establishment ever refused service simply because we are on our motorcycle. We are completely disenchanted with Burger King and will be considering not patroning any Burger King ever again because of this treatment.

This Burger King absolutely sucks!!! I dont even know why I come here its probably cuz its the only place besides McDonalds that is quick and when I say quick I mean a 15 minute wait for 2 1 dollar sandwiches and a small fry. You have to ask for burgers and chicken dropped fresh every time and even when you do they still dont do it. From the management to the employees everybody is lazy and doesnt want to work or doesnt want to do anything I highly advise Burger King corporate close this place down or just totally replace all the employees cuz they all suck and they dont know how to make burgers or chicken or anything for that matter do not come to this Burger King unless you absolutely must

How lucky for us to still have this run down, substandard franchise in Arvada. I recall a time when this location gave customer service. In 2013, they give foul mouthed customer flack. When did it become acceptable to use inappropriate language with customers? When did it become appropriate to launch into foul language tirades in front of other customers and children? Just curious. To say that I will NEVER return, would be an understatement. What is not an understatement is how many people I will tell of recent experiences at this location. Perhaps you should be a little more careful who you chose to loose your cool with as a manager.

Sigh, I got a chicken whopper, or whatever BK is calling it these days-- the grilled chicken sandwich, last night at this Arvada location. I was starving and SOOO looking forward to my first bite. First, the sandwich had NO tomato. The tomato makes the sandwich. What happened to it? Budget cutbacks or carelessness? Plus, the bottom bun and the under-side of the chicken were charred to bits. It was not worth the over 4 bucks I paid for it. Money is so precious these days, I hardly ever eat out any more. I chose BK because I craved it and it is usually consistent. I was very disappointed.

Ownership and staff do not care anything about you other than to take your money. Drivethru the worst. Ordered a double whopper and onion rings. Got order and drove home and you guessed it got a single whopper. Drove back and went in, asked fot manager explained issue he fixed it but did not care i had to drive back and was flippant. Can you believe these people want to make 15 per hour for their incompetance. Owner evidently doesnt care left them a phone message and no call back Will not return. Neither ahould you.

This is the worst burger king I have ever been to. I ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers. I was charged for them but only received a single pattie of meat on both sandwiches. The service is very poor. The person on The drive thru would rather talk to his co worker than to you. The hours say they are open until midnight. I stopped the other night at 10 and they were closed. I will use the extra gas to drive to another location. Dont waste your money here.

The staff was super rude, took my card and then they told me to back my car up 5 feet and wait. Then after 10 minutes, they held my food out the window for me to come retrieve it like a dog. The carmel Frappuccino I ordered was handed to me with carmel all over the side. I looked into the bag which had no straw or napkins, and my food was very sloppy. I would not recommend spending your money to promote this work ethic.

New remodel, same incompetent staff. It literally took them 20 minutes to prepare a $20 carry out order at 8pm, and they still couldnt manage to get it right. Not only had they apparently run out of sauces, but also the $3 large onion rings they sold me. Thanks for offering to substitute them for another $1.50 nuggets, but what am I going to do with 20 nuggets and no sauce, Dom???

Staff was polite, place is clean. During todays visit a staff member dropped something. I saw her pick it up, and promptly wash her hands afterward. If you have been to at least 10 different burger kings in your life, it would be easy to put this one at the top 3. Nothing is perfect, and sure theyve messed up my order more than once, but so be it in the world of fast food

This store with their rude employees, dirty floors behind the counter and lack of professionalism deserves to be closed down. I have lived in Arvada for 25 + years and this restaurant is the worst in Arvada by far. I was unsure about the quality of my food, it was thrown away before I even left the parking lot. The one star I gave was generous!

Newly updated and fancy. Looks good. Dine in ordering was probably the worst experience I have ever had. Completely incompetent. Took over 10 minutes to order a pretty simple order. Order was still wrong. Lady did not know what she was doing. Drive through order the other night was great with a young girl.
