For a chain, the food is reliably good. They make a decent breakfast bagel sandwich and have good quality drip coffee. Service is reliable. The seating space is casual and reasonably comfortable. The ambience is nothing special but hey, its a chain in a shopping center. They open at 5am, which is a rare find for early risers. My one complaint here is that the music is always intrusively loud. Its 530am, Im the only customer, and Adele is blaring. I wish I could read my magazine in peace and quiet, but its not to be.

Einsteins is a bit hidden at the back of Chase bank, but it is worth navigating their parking lot to enjoy dense, chewy bagels and delightful shmears. Today, I sampled creamy, pumpkiny shmear on a pumpkin bagel (YUM!) and ordered an asparagus breakfast sandwich. Service was friendly and efficient--employees were cheerful. Thanks, Einstein Bros!

Its usually decent food, and fast. Ive been there a few times. Although, the last time I got a bagel there it had a hair, possibly eye lash or eyebrow hair, on it. We were on the road before I noticed the hair. Tossed that part of the bagel. The rest of the food was okay. Accidents happen, I guess.

Pretty unprofessional place the day I went. Employees busy talking with each other, dancing/singing. Felt like I was bothering them when I placed my order. I dont know if a manager was there at the time, but I would be embarrassed to have been a leader at that particular location on that day.

Their egg sandwiches ate always great. You can go simple or opulent. All choices have been great. I personally recommend am upgrade to the spinach or green chile bagel. Really good coffee too.
