My husband planned a birthday dinner for me at faraday! The waiter garret took our drink order brought our drinks! We placed our order wedge salad, we split a streak and ordered sides! The salads took 10 minutes I could see them under the heat lamps! He brought the salad The salad eventually and never came back! The manager brought our steak and sides! Garret never came back to our table not once to see our meal was to see if we wanted more drinks! He spent his time servicing 2 tables in our same area ! I asked for the manager he offered us desert! No apology no nothing!!! When we left garret passed by us no acknowledgement! The manager who checked us out hoped wed come back!!! We will not! This is a very pricey steak house we were there to celebrate unfortunately we left feeling underwhelmed and that they could have cared less !!!! Service is still important!!! Tip for garret provide timely service to all guests , check back in and remember we are a customer! The whole experience was not great thank goodness the food was !

What ever you do dont joke with the male hostess he has no sense of humor. We went there Tuesday night 7pm. We did not make a reservation thinking it would not be to crowded. Hostess asked did we have a reservation we joked with him and said no but it looks like there is plenty of room. He said it is not the room it is that the kitchen gets backed up so that is why you need reservations. He then took us to a table ( there were only 3 other tables that were occupied). He said is this OK I asked could we sit in the booth he said No those are reserved. Well the next guests that were seated by the lady asked to sit in the same booth and she said OH No problem. On a good note our waiter was great as well as the food.

Four of us had dinner the other night. My husbands lamb was very rare and bloody. My friends steak was also very rare and not cooked the way he ordered it. And whats up with the lettuce wedge salad? One order would have been enough for all 4 of us. We did enjoy the the evening until we discovered mouse traps under some furniture. Really? Thats not acceptable. Its disgusting. The Hostess answer was, "everybody has mice". Definitely will NOT go back. A 300 dollar dinner was ruined.

I have never had anything but a wonderful meal and experience at Farraddays. From the friendly and fun greeting by Jewels, to the excellent wait staff who had perfect timing and a fun attitude. Very nice. The food is the absolute best, we were oohing and aahing every bite. I love the way they serve the sides and the beef is always fabulous. I think it may be my absolute favorite place to eat. Wish I could go more frequently. Thanks, Farraddays for a very lovely evening.

So Ive been here multiple times w my wife and literally every time I order meat its never cooked to the way I ordered it, its always raw and never the way I ordered it. .and on top of that our food always takes a very long time to receive it. Its just so very disappointing that there asking top dollar for there meals & dont delivery the quality! This is an on going problem

Extremely pricey and you dont really get very much. When the plate came out it was just a slab of meat on a giant plate and it was like $50. With a bowl of carrots to share. Wont make that mistake twice. Too bad because the hotel was great and will be back to that we just wont be eating at this place.
