This is a negative review for both the Arapahoe Garbanzos location, and of Door Dash, which is apparently the only delivery service Garbanzos uses. One of my coworkers ordered lunch for five of us, for a working session - ordered about 2 HOURS EARLY to ensure our delivery. The order arrived after noon, past the initial 30-minute window of 1130-12pm, and - only two of the five orders were delivered. My coworker called the driver first, then Garbanzos and spoke with the manager, who said that he did not get any of the other orders (we were all looking at the e-receipt), but took town the verbal order. An HOUR LATER we called the restaurant back - the manager said that the driver had returned but left before the order was finished. He never called us back, and instead said that we could come down and pick it up - seriously?? There are plenty of other places to eat than this one - pick one of them instead.

I have been at this location three times( because it is one quick vegan restaurant and it is across from my house) but I cant do it anymore! The first time the food was dried out. The second time not one of the pitas was ready and I waited 5 minutes. The third time I waited for a pita and they all came out burnt and I was in a hurry. They said they couldnt do anything about it. I was in line and they put cheese on my food. When waiting for the cashier, the manager was too busy bagging food to help Me. I hope this place improves! It is nothing like the Park Meadows location that is awesome.

I stumbled upon this place looking for an awesome fish taco that one of my buddies had told me about. I knew the general area, but not the name. Garbanzos was the only place I did not know in the area so I went in. No fish tacos, but thought Id check it out. Awesome! Completely awesome! I live in L.A. and was looking for one out there, but surprised and disappointed to find that there are none in L.A. I got the Pita with chicken and falafel and everything in it. Every bite is different and good. The chips rock as well. Cant wait til my next trip to CO now.

Today, August 01, 2017 the door opened a few minutes late instead of 11AM as posted, and after they let in the customers waiting outside, it still took a couple more minutes before the servers showed up behind the counter and started taking orders. Then the pita bread was not ready, so we waited a few more minutes for it to finish baking on a hot plate, So, after all that time wasted I take my meal-to-go just to discover later that the pita is half baked / half raw anyway. Thanks! The place was not well organized today, hopefully it was just a bad day.

This is the worst location i have ever been to! I ordered kabob which they were suppose to make fresh but the stuff just took 2 left overs and put it on the grill for a minute our 2 and that thing got so dry that my wife almost broke her teeth and i told them why it wasnt fresh they got nervous and offered to make some fresh ones of i said "no" . Do yourself a favor dont go to this location.

I havent eaten here in awhile and was craving it. Unfortunately the food had seen better days, salad was wilted and rusted everything tasted old and soggy to the point where I couldnt eat more than a few bites. I Also found a big black hair in the rice :( and the drink machine was broken so that was incovnient. The only saving grace was the extremely nice guy working behind the counter.

Love Garbanzo but this location has the worst service ever. Given it a couple shots hoping it was just a bad experience but it seems to be getting worse. The staff had an all out fight in front of the customers today. The "manager" was the instigator. Do yourself a favor and find another location to go to.

Horrible. This store is by far the worst garbanzos i have been to. All the plates we ordered were half full, no sauces that were asked for and all the pitas were were no in the bag. On top of it all three of the plates didnt have the chicken when all were chicken plates. NEVER AGAIN. SO BAD

Ive gone to this location 50+ times. I love it so much. Garbanzo the company itself and the food it offers is incredible as it is. Then you got the people working at this location... some of the nicest people I know. If any of those employees read this, this is Ross! hey guys!

Friendly service. However, the food is not typically as fresh as it is at other Garbanzo locations. Most times its ok, but I have been served crusty rice, dried-out chicken and slimy-looking vegetable salad on occasion.

I always like the food here. On my last visit I notice that they reduce the amount of potato chips they give. Now it is a small bag compare to what it was. The food is tasty and the staff is very friendly.

Not sure why, but the food seems to be slightly under par when compared to other locations. Seatings are also more limited due to its smaller layout. Still quite good for localized Mediterranean food.

Basic meal and drink came out to $11 and change. Tasty, but in my opinion a little high on price for what you get. They were moderately busy. Floors, tables and restroom needed cleaning.

Good food, good service and clean. Deducted the 5th star due to prices being a bit too high for "Fast-Casual". IMO, Its about 20% overpriced. I will still be back, though.

If youre looking for mediocre Greek food slapped into a pita or bowl, this is the place for you. Head to Greek To Me on the other side of I25 for a much better Greek lunch.

Great place, quick casual Mediterranean style food. From plates to a version of a Mediterranean burrito. Its a nice healthy alternative to many fast food restaurants.

Good quality food and they give you a lot of it. Very healthy. I eat here about once a week for lunch. They give out free falafels sometimes too.

If you are looking for a variety of different food this is the place. The food wasnt as warm as I would have hoped but overall still tasty.
