My daughter and I went to this restaurant last night to watch the Broncos game and had our evening ruined by the service that we received. As soon as we were sat down, the server came to our table, didnt smile, make eye contact, or say anything except to throw the menus down in front of us. The rest of the evening we had to order other items only as she was walking by our table and couldnt be bothered to stop at the table for a second. We maintained our normal polite behavior by thanking her whenever she brought us our food and drinks to which she never said anything in response. My daughter and I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt given that we all have bad days but our worst revelation was yet to come. Midway through our stay, a group of people were sat down at the table next to us. From the beginning, our server stopped at their table, spent lots of time chatting with them and smiling the whole time. The same good service and we should have gotten continued with this group. The only difference that I could perceive between us and the adjoining table is that we are of Asian decent and the other table were all Caucasians. The final straw was that she closed out our tab without even asking if we wanted anything else so we decided that enough was enough and decided to leave. But before we left I spoke with the manager who seemed the least bit interested and could only fake some apologies to which he didnt indicate any follow-on action with the server. It is obvious to me that this restaurant and its management condones this behavior by their servers, that they are allowed to provide service commensurate with their personal feelings about the people they were serving. I dont want to hold CB & Potts accountable as a corporation, but this restaurant in particular has management and staff that should not be supported.

The service was good. The food was decent. I was disappointed in the portions for the prices. I had the chicken strips which came with fries that cost $14.50. Spendy, but I figured it would be a big portion and I could take some home. I received my meal and it had 6 or 7 very small pieces of chicken on there and some fries. What made it worse is we had a kids meal that ordered chicken nuggets. They were a little different cut but same breading and they had very close to the same amount of chicken on a kids meal. That meal cost $6 and some change. Wife had street tacos and they were good but you only get two tiny taco shells with the fixings and a bowl of black beans and I think hers was $12 or $13. Moral of the story, maybe order a sandwich. They seem like a better bang for your buck. The service is good and they have a good atmosphere. That is the only reason I didnt give a one star.

Me and the family were in the dtc area and decided to try a new place. First impression inside felt warm and comfortable, its a very large restaurant and spacey, didnt feel crowded which was nice. Booths were big and roomy. Our waitress was very nice, the sport tvs are all over so no matter where you sat you could watch a game, plus multiple fire places is a nice touch. Food : I had the Southwest salad which was very tasty a bit spicy but yummy and huge! my husband had the chili burger with a giant pepper and egg, he said it was very very good, my son had the kids chicken quesdialla and fries, the portions were a great size. The food was very good plus giant drink glasses which I like! for a sports bar atmosphere, this will definitely be a spot we will go to whenever we are in that area.

Awesome place to catch the game. Large TVs. Beer they brew is delicious. They also have a full bar. Their menu has a good variety of goodies.. Blackened mahi mahi fish tacos were delicious. Weve come here several times. Nothing on the menu really stands out but theres nothing weve disliked. I was going to give this place 3, but service every time has been great, so 4 it is. :) I would come back here more for the "big game" atmosphere (great for groups), and perhaps happy hour, but not so much for a special dinner out. They are a little pricier than regular bar food as well.

Horrible Service. Went in right at noon thinking an hour would be plenty of time to make it back to the office for a 1:30 meeting. After 50 minutes (still hadnt received our food) I told the waitress to cancel my order as I wouldnt have time to eat. She said it was coming right out, which it did within 3-5 more minutes. The food was good, and the waitress did comp my order, but when you have to shovel the food down that fast it was not enjoyable. Wouldnt recommend this place if youre trying to eat over your lunch hour and you have a meeting you have to be back for.

The upfront disclaimer is that we visited on a busy night before a concert. While our waitress was nice, the service overall was lacking. Our appetizer came out with our entrees and took 45 minutes for both. Another server came by with our appetizer early on, but walked away with it convinced shed gone to the wrong table. Our waitress then spent the next 30 minutes telling me shed try to find our appetizer. Once the food arrived, it tasted good, but was cold and we were rushed to get to our concert. We ate and left quickly, but I likely wont be back.

CB Potts failed to alert patrons of their new happy hour policy instead electing for us to figure it out after receiving the check. They use to have one of the best happy hours around but have apparently succumb to the pressures of other large establishments and charge ridiculous late night prices. It is safe to say we will now be finding other places to take our late night happy hour business. Such a shame because they have a genuinely good staff and decent food but cant expect patrons to afford ridiculously priced drinks.

I do not live in this area, but for many years we have come here when we are seeing concerts at Fiddlers Green, it is always so busy and we always excuse the service for this reason....But, we came here Tuesday night to meet a friend and low and behold the service was still awful, rude and unacceptable, not to mention the prices for drinks....wow...do I live downtown.....anyway we left pretty quickly to goto another bar, same area, same clientele, much better prices and service. Potts you need to step it up!!!

Our server was nice, but the kitchen was a hot mess! Took almost an hour to receive our food and the fries came out cold. The manager came over to give us "hot and fresh" fries, but those were cold also. Took about 15 mins to get our drinks. If they knew there was a concert that night, you would think they would be prepared. Wrote them to tell them about my experience and have NOT heard back anything. Good job, management. The only thing that saved this was how nice our server was.
