The customer service at this Wingstop is beyond abysmal. Today, I called in an order and went to pick it up with my 12-year-old daughter. The sullen young woman at the register made no eye contact and didnt greet us with a "can I help you?" or anything else that suggested she was ready to wait on us. I said we were there for a pickup order and she brought our food without saying a word or making eye contact. Then I found we were short a container of ranch. I waited several minutes for her to acknowledge me at the register, which she never did. I finally said, "Hey! I need another ranch container here," and she brought one. This is not an isolated incident. Another time a worker acted peeved when I said we needed cups for our drinks, and slammed them on the counter. Its almost as if management deliberately hires the rudest people they can find. I will never deal with this Wingstop again.

So we order a to go order and we live far away when we go to pick it up they give us our order and we go home to notice that they made our order wrong. When they had the ticket on the bag and repeat it to us when we picked it up. When we called to complain and they told us to bring the whole order back so they could see it. We had to drive 40 mins and when we get their they just wanted to give us the 15 piece of wings when our whole food was going to get cold. For our luck the workers get mad that we asked them to remake our whole order and instead of making our order fast they made us wait more than 30 mins. We order at 7:00 the first time and having to bring them back to them to get the order correct and we ended up eating at 10 due to the mistake they made and making us wait.

This place is terrible. Customer service is on point but thats about it. No defined line or waiting area. People herd around cashier hoping to get service. The wings everytime Ive gone there are sub par, small little drumsticks that looked theyve already been eaten off of theyre so small. For the price, I expect more quality. I sent an email to corporate last time after a majority of the wings we ordered were again low quality. I got a response from them apologizing and hoping Id come back. I understand that there are a lot of scammers out there but my experience was not a good one. I will drive out of my way to not have to waste money on an otherwise decent franchise.

We are new to this part of Aurora. We loved the wingstop by our last house. ...unfortunately this location leaves a lot to be desired. We have ordered at this location 3 times and each time has been a horrible experience. Excessively long wait times, even during off-peak times, very rude and unfriendly staff. Tonight we called to place an order only to be put on a 14 minute hold. Hung up after no one picked up. Called back and phone was busy for 30 minutes. As much as I hate to say it, Wingstop you have lost a frequently ordering customer because of this location. Someone really needs to make changes at this restaurant.

Preordered wings on Friday for pickup Superbowl Sunday at 230. Arrived at the location at 230. My wings were not ready until 310. I am not leaving a 2 star review because my wings were 40 minutes late. I am leaving a 2 star review because they had 245 pickup time orders ready before my 230 pickup time order. The place was so unorganized, you would think they would be a little more prepared and understand that 230 orders need to be completed before 245 orders.

I went to pick up my order today and I totally forgot to order them saucy because they tend to be dey if I dont. I asked a young girl with freckles if theres anyway I could get sauce on the side and she gave me this "ugh" face and didnt answer me. she just walked to the back and came back with the most depressed, rude attitude. I dont know why they have such horrible people working there. The old white guy dosent help the place eather very rude!

The wings and sauces are good but not great. The mango habenero is the most edible kick. The atomic is spicier, but so hot that you either have to be in it to win it or you end up stopping after one. The fries? AMAZING. Combination of sweet and salty is delicious. I appreciate that they fry the wings on demand, but that can add to the wait time usually 20 mins. Call ahead if its a To Go order. Plenty of TVs if eating in.

Awful. Ive have always loved wingstop in the past. This one is terrible. The food wasnt all that great and the place smells like sewage. Talking to neighbors and other people in the area, thats normal for this one. I couldnt even stand the smell long enough to wait for to go food. I saw outside on the curb until someone came and grabbed me. Im still surprised that I even placed my order that day

Aside from the food taking quite a bit of time, we still love this place. I think they have the best wings in town. I just tried the new asian bbq flavor and that was good too. Additionally I think these guys have the best wing value packs so I get the most for my money. In short, if you are okay waiting, come here. While you do wait, dollar drafts go down really nice.

Hector needs to learn a thing or two about good customer service. Was a consistent customer but not anymore. The manager of the year is single handedly responsible for that. Guess they have too much business so valuing the customer is not an important business philosophy. Word of mouth is the largest form of advertisement. I will make sure that I advertise wisely!

Nothing special, wings were pretty good, sauce was good (original hot) - although not hot at all to me. French Fries were horrible, extremely soggy and mushy. Maybe some people like their fries like this but not me. I have a feeling I probably wont go back here but if I do I will only buy wings. The guy at the register was fine and communicated well.

It gets an extra star for some fairly decent wings, but there are definitely better! Ive given them three chances and every time, they take way too long. This time, my friend ordered after me and got his food after like half an hour. They totally forgot about mine and I eventually had to go and complain.

Blue cheese dressing is terrible, tastes like bottle salad dressing and not real blue cheese dip. Hot wings have way too much garlic to them, not at all close to real buffalo style wings. Dont have the crispiness that good hot wings have either. Would most certainly not recommend Wing Stop to anyone.

It depends on the person you get for serving, not everyone is nice. There is a young man, Chris, who is very friendly and nice. He always goes out of the way to help. Others , mostly not too friendly. food is very good and place is clean.
