The cook is great! However, the customer service is awful. I believe its the owner, and he will not own up to his mistakes. For instance. I placed an order for wings, sandwiches, catfish and a pudding. The pudding was not in the bag. I went back and said to the owner. He was the one that took my order. " That my pudding was not in the bag. He had the nerve to say I didnt order it. Now, he took my money already and didnt give me a receipt. I said my wife ordered it and I HEARD HER TELL HIM. He got very offensive when I said let me see the ticket you wrote, then well know for sure. He didnt want to show it. His body language and gestures were not polite. After several minutes of him arguing with me, he finally gave me a pudding. I tried to give this place a 2nd chance, and again the OWNER was rude and unwilling to correct a mistake that he made. He dose not believe the customer. I will never order from this place again and I warn you all, that if this place makes a mistake, the owner will question you and be rude and impolite when you ask for corrective action. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!

I get wings from this place every time I get a craving for wings. I cant say theyre the best wings ever, but they are just plain good. Theyre worth getting. The price does seem a little high at first but I dont really think so now after trying them. If you call ahead its ready really fast. If you have to wait its usually 10 minutes at most. Its not fine cuisine but it is made to order.... Ive had weird customer service here but it never got in the way of eating good wings which is why in fact I go there. I dont think its exactly five stars but I think their rating now is a little low. Ill keep coming here. I really need to try the catfish.

I wouldnt of given any stars but that was the only way I could get to this review section. I attempted to patronize this establishment, however, when I arrived on Memorial Day evening about 7:00 PM the door was locked, no sign on the door for hours of operations. there were about five people sitting in the restaurant, no one bothered to knowledge The fact that I was standing there in the rain. I could see people in the kitchen, I attempted to knock on the to go window again no response from anyone, No hours of operation, etc. for a new restaurant, thats no way to build a business. Loyalty starts with customer service, no way around it!

Go to the other location.... The food is all you could want from a southern style fry shop, if this review was about the food five stars would be awarded. So we called in an order for pick up and asked for clarification between two sauces. The gentleman told me he didnt know? then he told me he was to busy to help me and i should call back when i knew what i wanted..? then he hung up on me. this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. we visited this place 4-8x a month for the last two years, we shall not be returning. we have use to recommend this place to all our friends, we shall never do so again

The only reason I rate at 1 star for this place is because I have to wait to start even post a review but the basic summary of it is is the second a change this place to a hot wing place everything went downhill its garbage hot wings are garbage buffalo wings are garbage the store dealing you just specifically hot wings is garbage that place used to be an authentic Japanese restaurant with five-star food five star service. II it became a hot wing joint it became garbage and yes Im directing this at the owner of the store on Quebec and Colfax your store is crap dude

While I was referred here by a friend, I went and got terrible customer service from the worker and what seemed to then be the owner. Upon arrival you could feel that the young man wasnt happy. Upon receiving my food and it was messy, attitudes from employment for asking it to be cleaned, dirty environment. The gentlemen that seemed to be the owner, was what looks like a black man, who seemed very, very racist. Wont spend my money here ever again! You shouldnt either.

Both times I have gone to this place it is closed and the times are between 3-4pm. Not sure why but it is a bit disappointing because I use to go there when it was on Colfax and Uinta and remember the owner saying he was moving to the current location on Quebec St. Back then it was awesome, great deals and fabulous wings. Havent had the chance to try them again but now I just go elsewhere to avoid the drive and finding it closed again.

Sam I would like to say you are the best at what you do. This place has the beat food in Colorado and he has the best flavor of wings that is out of this world.. I can rate this place a 10 I would. If you want the best food in Colorado I recommend you going here and I promise you would not complain about nothing. I use to get wings all last football season..so now its a new season I know what my order should look like. So I go and get a order of 2lbs night before the game to make sure its still the same..It wasnt it was way less chicken than what I was getting..Its sad because I like to support local businesses.But for my gameday! I am going to have to trust Wing Stop! At least we know what we are getting..

The wings are amazing. The staff try to get you in and out as fast as possible. Even when it came to hosting my school-wide Super Bowl party couple weeks ago really only needed 24 hours and everyone was very grateful that we got the wings from right up the street and its only generated more business for them. If you can get over here and get to the Buffalo Bills come try to Wings out.

Im waiting for them to open.its four o clock. Im a chef at la fresca food and wine and Im watching the owner walk in at 4:03. Ill try maybe later but I hope they have good food. I also read the owners responses to customer complaints and the comments were unecessary. I hope Im never addressed in this manner by any business owner. I also do food reviews for the Westwood.

Lemon herb is not lemon herb! Owner argued with me about chicken! Basically there version of lemon herb is wet sauce with mild lemon "not dry rub" like you would expect. I didnt want a buffalo hot wing with lemon! Customer service is not good! Go to other spot few blocks up street. Didnt refund.... Eat at your own risk!, cook is great owner is the problem. Menu is wrong

Yummy,Yummy, Yummy in my Tummy! This place is the BOMB! The Best food in denver hands down! Catfish, Wings, Phillies, Burgers, youcan do no wrong ordering anything from this place.Food is cooked to order FRESH! Great Service, friendly people and GREAT FOOD? There is not ,any places to eat in Denver, but this is sure one of them. Go eat here you wont be sorry.
