The wait was very long, the employees were rude and unattentive with customers. Not enough sitting space for the amount of people dining in. The manager was nowhere to be found. Had employees in the kitchen working in regular clothes and managers were not identifiable because they have no name tags and dress just like any other employee. The food took very long to get to our table. This visit was during the week and I cannot imagine how much worse it could be on the weekends. Not a place you wanna take your family.

Me and my wife love eating here quite frequently, last time we came tho had a high chair malfunction and my 7 month old baby fell and hit his head when I tried to tell one of the staff they didnt really seem apologetic or have any concerns to try and fix it and now were eating again and still none of the high chairs are safe.

Weve never had a problem until last night. We ordered a whole lot of wings and asked and PAID for many extra ranches and blue cheeses. My boyfriend got home and we didnt have a single one. If your going to charge .60 cents per container then you should actually give your customers what they are being charged for. What a joke

Great wings, family run atmosphere. You find your own seat, get your own drinks. It was a little confusing for a first timer but the food was good. Wing sauce was a little heavy, I had to rub some off but the taste was great. They were out of waffle fries which was one of the reasons I go there, sad they didnt order enough.

Crispy wings served with great sauce. The only complaint is that the wings are smaller than other places Ive tried, so I recommend getting a couple more than you usually would. I didnt mind the service being a bit slow when the wings are good quality.

Pretty good wings for the price but they were by no means "fresh". We ordered about 160 wings and they were ready in 15 minutes. Maybe it is possible they were made fresh, but that would only detract from the taste of the wings even more.

Great wings - get them extra crispy! The Garlic Sauce is incredibly flavorful, and if you are looking to punish your tastebuds, get the Bear Hot! They even have a Contest - 10 Bear Hot Wings, 5 minutes, no dressing, no help! Get on it!

Best wing sauces Ive ever had! Golden Hot is my fav :-d Minus a star (should be a half star, but not an option) b/c they switched over to a different wing that is MUCH smaller than they used to be a few years back - so order more :-)

The dry rub wings had some flavor but they were pretty small and over cooked. I am pretty sure they had not been sitting around as it did take about fifteen minutes to get my order. I cannot recommend this place for dry rub wings.

The wait was un bearable, the service was slow. Soda machine not functional. No management to be found. Staff seemed to be over ran and running around with their heads cut off.. they looked like the chicken head from their menu.

I live on the east side of town and drive all the way to this location. They for some reason seem to add more sauce to the wings. Great patio space as well. I love coming here with my family and look forward to the future visits.

It was a busy time when we went in to dine, but still we had great service and food. Wings were soaked in sauce just the way I love them! Hot food and refreshing soda. Great place to go right after a softball game.

Wings wings wings... the best in town and a great value... I just about always get the spicy garlic and a few hot teriyaki... The teriyaki are what I call my desert wing they are sweet with a bit of spice.

The sauce was good and the service is always fast. The wings are small and I seem to get broken bones in a few wings every time. I have also just recently had the tip of the wing instead of a flat or drum.
