Worst service. Greeter tried to put our family of 4 with a high chair in the bar at a high top. Had to explain how a high chair did not fit at a high top. Sat in the dining room for 30 minutes with no one to take even a drink order. Finally took us going to the hostess table to ask for am actual server for service. We ordered 4 meals and an appetizer. The food came out before the appetizer. The food carrier said The cheese platter takes a while so it will be readu eventually. The waitress said she would tell the manager. The manager came by our table and said he was going to take a whopping 10% off of our bill for the time delay. Very poorly ran restaurant. There were what appeared to be two managers that seemed to chat with the staff. Didnt see either one of them actually do anything to help the staff. There were three hostesses and two to go staff. The entire dining room had only three waitresses. In the end, when we got our bill, the manager still didnt take off the 10%. Our server was Brittany and had a good disposition. We will not return to that location.

Some people would say that its always crowded and not a whole lot of parking; thats because its a great sports bar and while the lot in front is smaller there is tons of parking if youre willing to walk an extra thirty seconds from the lot across the way. The service is really outstanding when theyre not packed with no seating left but I dont think any place would have perfect serving with a full house like that - especially since it does get fairly loud with everyone trying to talk over others and Tvs. The food is amazing, there hasnt been a time Ive gone and gotten something I havent enjoyed and the beer ( although I dont do tap or draft ) is awesomely made. So in all it is one of the better places in town to have a meal or drink with a friend or family member maybe something special like a pals birthday if you dont want something too big - but most certainly not a place to bring your eighty year old grandparents as they might not be able to hear you over the speakers and noise.

Ordered a plate of teriyaki boneless wings that were dreadful. Instead of tasting like teriyaki, it was an overpowering dark soy sauce taste mixed with some kind of spicy oil. Very far from what I expected it to taste like, however others in the party ordered the same sauce and said it was fine, could have simply been a bad order. Service however was uniformly poor with not even half the tables in the restaurant full. We saw our waitress three or four times over the course of maybe 70-80 minutes. The manager was quite willing to exchange the teriyaki chicken for BBQ and that tasted a lot better. He also came by a bit after it was served to double check that it was satisfactory. While a shame it needed to happen at all, it earns them an extra star for effort.

There today about 11:30 am. Only 2 tables occupied. No one to seat us although a manager and employee were in the back of the dining area. That "manager" finally came to seat us and wanted to put us over beside the vending machine. Hubby said, "no" and took a seat in the front row of booths. Apparently that pissed the guy off as no on came to wait on us. Saw 5 waiters milling about. After 10 minutes, we got up and left. So, No service at all, snotty manager - will never go back to this BWW. Not worth the attitude. And not really sure why there is a seating issue at all when only 2 tables were filled.

Sitting at the restaurant as I write this, hopping off their free WiFi. Atmosphere is great, of course...but what else would you expect from BDubs. Service not great. Not sure if we got the hostess end of night or if she just isnt a good server, but Ive already eaten my wings etc and have yet to receive water. To be fair I ordered a cocktail, but I got spicy wings! I need some water as well, which I think is pretty standard. She also forgot the silverware which the manager brought out upon delivering our food. Food wasnt great bit its also midnight, so it is what it is.

TVs are awesome. Only place in Pueblo where you can watch every game. Have been going there for years. Service has never been good here. A few of their waiters & waitresses are nice and outgoing but their bartenders are always slammed and never offer a genuine smile. It is what it is because this is NFL fans only option down here unfortunately.

Good food, came out quick, drink had to be reminded and came out same time main dish came out...Understandable, I guess.. No greetings or thank yous from greeters. Seen bartender shaking others hands, clearly theyre strangers to him but barely attentive to me? Lucky I been a server or I wouldve been cheap a.f. Shape up

We sat for 20 mins. No one came to get our drinks order. They all just walk by us like we were not there. I finally went to the counter, and she still took another 2 mins to come to the table. We walked out. I have only done this 2 times in my life at any place. Waste of time and energy. DO NOT GO HERE. BAD!!!!!

I am sorry. This place used to be great, but the last few times have been terrible. Undercooked boneless wings and some that were all batter. Do not go on Tue or Thur, I know those are the deal days, but the quality suffers even more. Unfortunately I will not eat there again.

Had a great time watching the game here the other day. Food was hot and fresh. For the money we spent our waitress could have been better. Maybe they were understaffed or she had to many tables. Either way getting refills took longer than I felt they should have.

Was very loud but thats just how buffalo wild wings is even though they were busy we got seated right away we got our food in 15 minutes and they messed up my order but it doesnt matter because I just love everything at Bdubs

Service was great and food was awesome. All the TVs had a different game on. Gaming tablets were fun to play on while you wait for food. Atmosphere was noisy and mildly crowded which is nice for a sports bar.

Typical Buffalo Wings. Food is decent, the wait staff is hit or miss. This location is smaller than most. For the Pueblo area this is one of the better restaraunts with consistant quality of food and service.

Good food and beer, but hit or miss service depending on where you sit. The bar and bar-side tables yield the best results, while the dining side sometimes is less than great.

Good service and the food one would expect from a widespread chain restaurant. This particular location send to be perpetually crowded, so expect a bit of noise and a wait.

3 Stars it gets very loud severs is and off and on again kinda thing you either get good severs or none at all food is good tho and drinks are good too pricey though
