WARNING! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The food here is just average/tasty american Chinese. However, I ordered around 9:30pm, its 11:30 and still no food! When I called at 11pm to make sure it was coming the guy who answered informed my that they were busy and it "would not be any time soon" when I asked how long it would be he told me 45 minutes at the fastest, I ordered it off of hungry buffs so I cannot get a refund so I need to wait for it to get here... The food is good and all but not worth staying up until midnight when i have a 8am exam tomorrow or waiting 3 hours for. If you want food from here just go dick it up you will save 3 hours.

The Facts: I ordered online, and it took them over two (2) hours to get it to my apartment. I live only 5 blocks away from them, and it shouldnt have taken this long. When it arrived, the food was cold! The woman on the line didnt quite know what was going on. She insisted that the delivery driver had gotten into a car accident, should that have happened, you should call your customers and inform them of the delayed time. She said the driver only had my order to deliver, nobody elses. For me personally, it was as if I had microwaved left overs. Order over the phone, or in person is my recommendation. I certainly will not order online with them again.

I have gotten delivery multiple times and sat down to eat. FOOD is Delicious. Service is HORRIBLE. Every time I go and sit down we are the ONLY customers there doesnt matter the time they always have their kids running around barefoot and dont tell them to stop screaming or anything when we are there. The delivery driver is the most rude person and has a very terrible driving record it would seem. I asked for extra sweet and sour for my fried rice ENTREE and they gave me the smallest packet I have ever seen. Stupid upset with this place, not wasting my money here. Thought I could give them one last chance. Fooled me. >:( >:( >:(

I walked in and the place was empty and looked almost like they werent even in business.i have to be honest i was really skeptical about ordering, but i was hungry , had my mind set on Chinese and was greeted with a smile.i placed my order and it was ready in about 10 minutes. I had the crab cheese wonton and combo lo mein with extra shrimp and beef and im eating as i am writing this post..ive never posted anywhere , atleast that i can remember at the moment.. the food is absolutely delicious.... lesson of the day nevet judge a book by its cover. Im glad i decided to try it and i will be back...

Only been there once but I thought the dish I ordered was solid: twice cooked pork, a Sichuan classic. (If you order this, explain you want it Chinese style with pork belly.) The menu has all the usual Chinese/American fare but also a selection of dishes that to this anglo at least seemed more authentic. Next time Ill see how they do with the beef chow fun, a Guangdong staple. The restaurant is pretty basic, the family was nice. No booze. Worth a shot, especially if youd like to move a little out of your General Tsos comfort zone.

First, it took them almost 2 hours to deliver my food, and when it arrived, it was cold. The driver couldnt find my building, even after I sent him a map on his phone. After reheating what I ordered, my shrimp dumplings had turned to soggy tasteless mush. The General Tsos chicken is flavorless, soggy and revolting. The lo mein noodles are served with a handful of carrot sticks. Otherwise, they are noodles in a flavorless brothy sauce. This is far and away the WORST food, Chinese or otherwise, I have ever paid money for.

If theres an option, I would put NO STAR. The fact is that it took almost 2 hours to get my food. The food was the most disgusting Chinese food I have ever had. I made a complain and the woman said we cant do anything about the order. Guess what? My daughter and my husband got sick the next day. The reason why I didnt get sick is because it was so bad that I could not eat them. Trust me! I have never complaint about food anywhere. This is the first time! I will contact health department about our experience!

People love to review only when theyre unsatisfied, and I feel like its not very fair. Ive never gotten any meat items from here, but all my orders with them have been fine. The only complaint I have is the tofu in Kung Pao Tofu has been prepared two different ways, several times, between mushy and fried, and I dont like inconsistency. But I guess you get what you pay for. $13 for a full meal with free delivery isnt bad.

Recently, we had placed an order for delivery, the food was cold and it took over an hour and a half for the food to get to our home. Before the food arrived we called to ask where it was or what was going on.. The employee was pretty rude and obviously couldnt care less that we had been waiting for our dinner for 1.5 hours! My recommendations- never eat or order here. Simply not worth it!

There are bad words, but mainly about the delivery. As a native, I tried it at a dinner time and actually the taste was over the average, it was not American style and the owners were kindly. I even miss it sometimes. Taking out or delivery is not a good idea, as the owner says, they are too busy. If possible, pls try it at the table.

It took upwards of two hours to get my food (NO warning). Called to check the status and the woman lied saying it was out already. I live 8 minutes tops from this place- 40 minutes after i called, it finally arrived- below average and cold. Never recommending this place or eating there again. What a waste.

Never been there for a lunch buffet, but their food is great- i have only had one bad experience (food was cold) walked back in after getting it delivered and they replaced the food and even gave me a ride home (was snowing) when i got home food was still piping hot and great! Will always recommend them!

I was served broccoli that was very clearly too old to serve. It was so stale that it had dried out and it was rubbery. How can you serve this to someone and think its ok? If you are out of broccoli then tell your customers so they can order something else.

The manager there was VERY RUDE!!!! Ive never seen any one that rude when he delivered your food, putting your food on the ground waiting for you. Even didnt say a word when you talk to him, just let you sign the receipt, and thats it.

A family favorite that weve visited more than 10 times. We always eat at the restaurant, weve never tried delivery. It has quite the "diner" feel and sometimes service is slow (they are understaffed) but the food is excellent.
