On our way to the Keystone Beer & Bluegrass festival, we decided to stop for some brunch in Evergreen. We were going to go to Le Peep & my wife noticed that the Indian/Himalayan lunch buffet across the parking lot had just opened. We decided to try it out. We frequent some popular places in the Denver area (Yak & Yeti, Indias), both of which are very good. However, the food here was awesome. It felt like I was having Indian food for the first time all over again. The best word I can think of to describe the flavors is "vibrant". The dishes were similar to other restaurants, but something about them made them stand out. Well definitely frequent this place when going to & from the mountains!

Their all-you-can-eat buffet is amazing. When I worked closer I ate here all the time for lunch. They have a good selection of hot dishes (paneer, masala, tandoori chicken, etc.), as well as a (simple) salad bar. Naan is served at your table, and the waiters are attentive. Ive never ordered from the menu but I assume its good, too. The decor isnt anything to write home about, but its Himalayan-themed with mountain ranges and pictures of the area, which is a nice touch. They also have a selection of wears for sale at the front of the restaurant (hats, mittens, hoodies, etc.).

You arent going to find much in the way of Indian style food once you head up the hill, but luckily the one restaurant we have up here is awesome. Great food and service! My wife and I either eat in or take out once a week and Ive yet to have anything close to an average meal. Prices are reasonable as well. The only thing Id say is to avoid the lunch buffet unless you work in the area and want a quick in-and-out lunch. The food they make fresh is 10x better than what they put together for the buffet.

We went there last night for the first time for our anniversary dinner. My wife loves Indian food, but I can take it or leave it - but that has changed, this was a fantastic meal. Food and sauce was very tasty, but not too spicy, wine was great, yet reasonably priced, service was spectacular. This is our new favorite Indian restaurant - very clean, nice decor, beautiful views, friendly, attentive staff, and great food - they have it all!

This is a staple in my Evergreen diet. Their lunch buffet is on point and offers a great variety of their cuisine. The food is consistently delicious and the people are kind and even remember my name. I recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a good alternative to Thai or Chinese in the mountain area.

Such a sweet family that runs the restaurant. Such good people. They are so warm and friendly and welcoming. You will really enjoy this classic Nepalese food. They have amazing Pakora. Wonderful Saag. Its quite affordable and the buffet is amazing!

The Tibetan dumplings dough could have been properly cooked. Service was good and staff were friendly. The sherpa stew was not as good as we expected. Overall a clean place, cosy ambience. For the food they were serving, its pricey.

Overall good food. Seems like most items are fresh and not processed. The salad is from a bag and u can taste the preservatives. The drinking water is too chlorinated for me to drink. Otherwise great.

Great and about as authentic as it gets. Been to a few other places closer to Denver and didnt quite get the quality that this place provided. I will certainly be returning when Im in the area again!

Food is delicious, service is excellent, location is perfect (not many Indian restaurants near Evergreen), and in my opinion its better than many Indian restaurants you will find downtown.

The food is wonderful, although the atmosphere is unbearable. Its as quiet as a library! No one talks. Everyone has to whisper. Audible music would help lighten the mood.
