Great selections of upscale dining options. I started with the sesame encrusted tuna (wow, what a bargain and a meal itself). Had the chophouse salad with real blue cheese. The Aspen Filet was delicious and I added sides of mushrooms and broccoli. The sauce additions are well worth a try. They do an excellent job with these too. My partner had the double-cut pork chop and said it is better than Hillstones in Cherry Creek. Now thats saying something! Im getting that next time. The few bits I had of that were melt in your mouth watering delicious. Oh and the herb shrimp cocktail was outstanding as well. Make sure you get a lemon with that to put on the top.

Amazing food. The atmosphere was fancy, with mining town charm. We started with the pork belly, which we both agreed was the best decision ever. The steaks were delicious and tender. Cooked to perfection. The filet was my favorite. The sides are really well done. I like the green beans especially. The service was excellent, we will be back!

Very nice atmosphere. Prompt service. I wouldnt know if food was good. The waitress wrote down the wrong order for me. By the time they made mine my fiance was done with his food and I was full from the salad and the potato. They still charged me full price.
