Im giving this restaurant 3 stars purely because of the service. The food was wonderful, authentic Thai, but we were treated like second class citizens. My fiancé and I read great things about this place and decided to try it. Its obviously family owned and when we walked in we were not greeted..we kind of shuffled around until we were instructed where to sit. We did not really have a server. I kept having to get up and find someone to help us. It was super frustrating because they had TONS of staff wandering around, chatting happily with other tables, while we were blatantly ignored. I dont know if it was because we are not regulars or what, but I was genuinely offended by the service. Ill eat here again--but it will be take out.

My first and only visit thus far to Beau Thai was for take-out so i cant comment much on the service and setting, I called 20 minutes ahead and the food was ready when arrived. I thought the prices were a little steep at first but when i got home and realized how much food i had for leftovers i was satisfied. The food was flavorful and the hot was spicy but not overwhelming, mild and medium were still good but not bland. A nice touch was that most of the meals include rice, they dont nickel and dime you for rice that should accompany certain dishes... I look forward to returning soon

We tried the new "Beau Thai" Thai Food restaurant last month. I always get Pad Thai the first time, kind of like Lasagne at an Italian restaurant, to see how they do the "standard". The Pad Thai was fabulous - just like you would get in Thailand, perfect mix of tofu, sprouts, peanuts and a wonderful thai sauce. We went back to try a curry dish, there were SIX different curries on the menu! I tried the "THAI PANANG CURRY" which was so full of flavor, I can harldy wait to try the other five types of curry! This is the real Thai Food deal.

Without a doubt the best drunken noodle and curries on the front range... Satay skewers are huge...peanut sauce is so fabulous... Youll want to lick your bowl after... Everything is fresh and made to order, so it takes time... Parking is easy, and a table is always available - their take away orders are brisk. I would recommend this as worthy of a drive from denver or a detour off I70 when headed to or from the mountains, especially after a day on the slopes.

We visit Colorado every year and always make a stop at Beau Thai. Our son and daughter-in-law got us hooked on this place and the food has never disappointed us. Last night we all decided to order something different so we could sample each plate. I ordered the Duck Basil and it was by far superb! We also ordered Ginger Beef, Pad Thai and Thai Red Curry. Each dish was excellent. If you are ever in Colorado, youve got to try this place.

Best Thai food in Evergreen. My family and I stopped into this place on more than one occasion when visiting friends in Evergreen. Dell Currys have a nice heat to them without being overwhelming. The portion sizes are good, and they have less spicy options for kids. This is a small restaurant in the employees theyre genuinely care about the customers. We make it a point to stop here whenever we get out to Evergreen.

My wife and I went there for the first time tonight. I had the pad Thai and she had the papaya salad and panang curry. The pad Thai (medium heat) was bland, but the salad and curry were phenomenal. Im hoping I just got a bad batch of the pad Thai, and next time it will be better, but the curry alone was good enough to make us go back. The service was very friendly and prices reasonable.

Nice people, too much MSG in the food. We had a large party of about eight people eat here the other night. All 8 of us are pretty healthy eaters, organic, etc. After eating here everyone of us had some sort of pain. My wife had a headache, my stomach was upset, my friend felt like his energy was sapped. After discussing, we figured it was the MSG.

I stopped by for lunch today. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the pad see ew with shrimp. The sauce was different than the darker soy sauce version Ive come to expect, and the noodles were not as wide. The shrimp were just a bit overcooked as well. That said, the dish was still quite tasty, and overall I would recommend the restaurant.

Really really good. A tiny place with exceptional food. I got the red duck curry (hot, you choose spice level which is nice). Spring rolls looked great although wedid not try. Wifey got garlic chicken. More than we could eat and excellent quality. Great friendly service. Dinner for two with a drink was $30. Take out as well. Kid menu too.

Met my wife while I worked as a waiter for a small thai place in college, so thai cuisine has always held a special place in our hearts. This place is a real gem and a great find up here in the mountains! All the classics, cooked to perfection, and all the heat you could want (but only if you ask for it) Would recommend, do recommend.

I visit my sister in Evergreen and absolutely LOVE the green curry here. It is as good as, or better, than what I get at a much more expensive restaurant in Park City. I get it with tofu and the sauce is full of great veggies and red and green peppers of course. The staff is always cheerful with a smile for everyone.

We have been here many times and they do an excellent Massaman Curry. My only complaint is they still do not serve brown rice despite repeated requests for it. Nonetheless, the quality and price are really good and I hope the Evergreen community supports this business!

Wonderful server, quiet atmosphere, good food. If the chicken werent slightly dry/overcooked I would say the food is excellent, and Id have given it 5 stars. I had the chicken curry fried rice I think its called. Prices are reasonable for the area.

Loved our meal here! I had the mango shrimp salad and it was excellent. My husband had a green curry soup with rice and like it a lot. We didnt bring our daughter, but they have a kid-friendly menu as well. Great customer service. Well be back!

Hey, man. Were in Evergreen. I just moved to the general area, and I wasnt expecting much in the way of good or even decent Thai. But this is just as good if not better than anything I found in Denver. Plus, kind people and good service.

Beau Thai is fantastic! Their service is good, and their food is great! I highly recommend the Pad Thai, as well as the green curry. It is a family run business, and I am always happy to support them. They work hard and do a great job!
