Im really glad we ate at Cedar 65. Their bruschettas were really good, and I like the gyro. It was house-made and isnt your typical food stand gyro, but for me thats a plus. The pomegranate tabbouleh was tasty with a little bit of heat (a bit too much for some at our table). For dessert we had their beignets and lemon berry napoleon. They were both delicious but I think I like the beignets the most. If there was a negative, its that their service was kinda slow for a Thursday afternoon. But it wasnt too bad.

I live in Denver but some weekends I will drive to Evergreen just to get brunch here. The food is amazing. Please get the beignets! The creme anglaise for dipping is to die for. Everything Ive had on the menu is absolutely incredible. Do yourself a favor and drive up here for some great food, then take your pup to the Evergreen off leash dog park! Now Im craving some beignets...

The menu is unique with plenty for everyone. The falafel is light and delicious, the soup was to die for and one has to order the beignets. They were incredible. There is nothing ostentatious about it. I would return there in a cold second.

Outside seating was very relaxed, server was friendly and food selection was great. Wife had mushroom spinach and cheese pizza, I had a cheese burger. When were back in the area well try them again.
