Food sucks. Bartender is all alone. There is no help to bus or make drinks. The cook obviously wasnt trained on the menu. Dont expect to get your food the way it states on the menu, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap, (Chicken, lettuce, cheese) it came out without cheese and was not wrapped, so the sauce literally poured out from the bottom. Bartender didnt bother to bring me silverware or a napkin or ketchup for my fries. I couldnt eat the soggy-bottom chicken wrap and asked for another item from the menu, which also said it came with tomatoes on the menu and it did not have any tomatoes in it! On a reorder? When I mentioned that it should have tomatoes, the bartender didnt offer to get me any she just gave me attitude and walked away. Geez I guess I should be drunk at 2:00 so I cant read and dont care. Much better when it was The Cooler. Definitely not coming back.

This place freaking sucks now! Under the cooler ownership, staff was friendly and the food menus and drink specials were fantastic. Now the food is limited and the drink special selection sucks. Staff is rude and they clearly cater to a different and less diverse customer. My husband and I had been going here for years, but will not be returning! So dissapointed that it is now under new ownership!!

Service is great. Chef came out and asked how we wanted our burgers. Server was great and had honest recommendations. Beer selection was OK. Recommend the dry rub wings with buffalo sauce on the side. If I was lost on the lake like tom hanks in cast away Id want this place to be my oasis. Pretty great place and I will be back.
