Was almost murdered by their delivery driver. Im only posting this awful review because this was the craziest thing thats happened to me in a while. I have a broken foot so I cannot drive (manual trans) so I ordered food and the guy calls me and asks me where to go. I tell him Im on the West side by the Pool at the Northern most door. He says 2 minutes come outside 2 minutes. I said okay. I went outside immediately because it takes me forever on my knee scooter. The guy calls again saying "yeah yeah come outside yeah yeah come outside!" Hes just yelling at me on the phone. I tell him I am outside waiting for him. He says "yeah yeah come" and hangs up. Finally, after 10 minutes of not seeing anyone and some guy just yelling at me, I get fed up and head back inside. I call Silk Road and tell them to cancel the order. The lady is confused and barely speaks English. I very politely and very slowly said cancel the order. Ive been waiting outside for 10 minutes and your driver just calls me and yells at me. Refund the money. The lady just hangs up on me. About two minutes after that, someone bangs on my apartment door and in walks some scrubby looking Asian guy with a baseball cap sideways! Im sitting on my couch with a broken foot and this crazy Asian is screaming at me after just walking into my residence! First he starts yelling something in his native tongue then he just starts yelling "YOURE CRAZY! YOURE CRAZY! YOURE CRAZY!" over and over and over. I tell him I have no idea who you are and you just walked into my apartment?! This guy just yells at me in his native language and I tell him he needs to leave my residence immediately. I tell him I own firearms and feel threatened. I tell him I dont know him and Im calling the police right now. He gets on his phone and starts yelling in his language and I say Im on the phone with the police right now. After about 30 seconds of him yelling at someone on his phone and me speaking with police dispatch, this guy seems to cuss at me, then say some things in his native tongue then throws open my door and slams it closed as he says things I cannot understand. I get up and wheel my gimpy self over to the door to deadbolt it and within 30 seconds while Im on the phone still with police dispatch the guy is pounding on the door and using the handle to try to get in. This goes on for about 30 seconds and finally stops. The dispatch asks if hes still there and I said no I think he finally left now. The police come and I give my statement and well, I still dont have any food. lol Moral of the story: Dont order from this place!!!!!!! Unless you want to have someone just barge into your home and threaten you!!!! I bet Im going to have to file a dispute on my credit card just to have the charges reversed now too!!! This restaurant made me a Trump supporter... **UPDATE** Charges confirmed. These idiots charged me.

MSG, MSG, MSG and more MSG!!! YIKES!!! Ate there last night and never felt this horrible after eating at a restaurant before. Intense Thirst!!! And I mean INTENSE!!! After dinner I could not drink enough water. I was guzzling down unbelievable amounts of water. My friend had the exact same reaction even though she had something completely different to eat. This morning I have a headache - its extremely rare that I ever get a headache (looked at my almost completely full aspirin bottle which expired in 2014). And Im still thirsty!!! (NO alcohol was consumed.) They give you large portions of food which was tasty - I only ate 1/3 of my meal. I have leftovers which will now go in the trash, because its not worth the nasty side effects.

Lady was very hard to understand on phone when ordering and rude ! Food took forever to come. Order did not include free egg rolls as stated on coupon and confirmed over phone. Fried rice was way dry. There was one package of sit sauce in bag and NO utensils or napkins. This was supposed to be a treat for us ( I am a single Mum and unemployed ) but For almost $30 for 2 entrees we got hardly any food and it was not good, so no leftovers either. I try to support new small businesses but will not be ordering from them again.

Weve ordered from Silk Street a couple of times before with no problem. This time they got part of the order wrong, they sent vegetable lo mein instead of shrimp, and told us that was what we had ordered. The noodles were also very overcooked, almost like a glob of paste. We also ordered a chicken dish, I took a bite and got a mouthful of cartilage. We wont be ordering from the again, the quality seems to have gone down and failure to admit their mistake is a deal breaker.

Very friendly staff. Placed phone pick up order. Woman who took my order was nice. She took my order than repeated it. Picked up order from a young man there. Very nice and upbeat. Chicken in sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken dry and tough. Sauces very good on them though. Beef LoMein had very tender beef. Noodles a bit mushy. Egg rolls mushy. Fried rice just ok. Wonton soup had more of a beef base. Wonton in the soup was semi tasteless.

We went in to celebrate a friends birthday and sing some karaoke. The equipment did not work well as we were unable to search for specific songs. There seemed to be only one person working in the whole place and he seemed to be very frantic. We received bad service, very sketchy information on food and beverages, and we ended up leaving after only an hour. We will not be returning to Silk Street.

Bad customer service !!! Food was nasty and there was a green pice of something stuck to the chicken when I went to get a refund they refused ,manager wouldnt even talk to me!!!! Really you are running a business here custumers pay your bills, they took my money I ended up with nothing no food and --40$ !!!!!DONT EAT HERE!!!!

Ordered delivery at 5 on a Friday. Came in less than 30 min. Pretty impressed with the food. To a note about the msg. Msg has no proven link to any any adverse affects, only anecdotes that have links to racism. There are some small percentage of people that have had reactions to it but its mostly placebo.

Great place for Chinese food. We went here for lunch and it was delicious. The best part was the individual hotpot. There were so much meat and noodles in the hotpot that it can be shared. We ordered calamari, miso seafood hotpot, beef flat noodles and mango tea. Friendly service was a plus!

So suppose this place charges $45 a hour for karaoke and .99 a person who was doing ktv. I say forget this place and go to aurora. Its half the price on top the room was cold that we need to put a portable heater in there. For $45 they cant even open heat!!

Within the last few weeks, they have messed up my fried rice order twice even though both times I have put what I didnt want in my order ... I love the food but at the same time they are about to lose a customer if they keep messing up my order.
