Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They dont listen to the customer and instead keep talking over you. They are not willing to listen or work together to resolve a problem. The food is fine but the people who work at this restaurant could use an education in speaking English and in simple customer service skills. I ordered delivery and you need to push a button to get into the building which I provided clear instructions with my order- its not difficult, never had a problem ever. The restaurant called me and asked me for the password. I was a little confused and clarified that the driver simply needed to press the button on the panel as instructed. She wouldnt let me talk and kept asking me for the password. Clearly we werent getting anywhere. It was comical. Eventually I got my food. On top of that the delivery driver had an intensely poor attitude. Maybe its because its like 2 degrees outside and hes not wearing a jacket?! Basic service skills would be a major improvement. Lol! I can get the same quality of food with a lot better service at any number of similar establishments in Denver.

I placed an order this evening with an estimate delivery time of 45-60 minutes. At the 60 minute mark, nothing yet, so I called and asked for an update. The lady states my order is out for delivery and should be on its way. 30 minutes later, nothing. So I called again, this time she said shes going to call the driver and check, hangs up. I ordered through Yelp/Eat24 so began chatting with them about my order and they have also called and stated the restaurant will have my order delivered to me in the next 10 minutes. A little over 10 minutes later, nothing. At this point I ask the Yelp/Eat24 rep to cancel my order and issue a refund. The restaurant then calls and claims that my order was already delivered?! That the driver called and delivered my order?! The driver never called. I never receive my food. The restaurant obviously had my correct number so what number did the driver have?! Ended up waiting almost two hours and finally just ordered elsewhere. This place is a joke. First and last time ordering from this place. Thanks for nothing, literally. 0 stars if I could.

GET THE ORANGE BEEF! We went for dinner tonight (group of 6 guys) and opened up with 4 of the specialty sushi rolls as a starter Volcano, Cherry Creek, Dynamite and Phoenix. Everything was super fresh and the rolls were excellent! We all decided to get entrees as well as the Sushi. The group had a variety of plates including Thai and Chinese dishes. Now to the serious part, the Orange Beef. Words cannot describe how great this was prepared. The beef literally melted in your mouth and the orange flavors and spice notes were balanced to near perfection. If you are on the fence go, go right now and dont look back!

I read reviews and thought this would be a good place to eat. It was simply awful. The egg drop soup had no flavor. And there was no salt or pepper to be found to even try to improve it. I wanted to ask the waiter for some but he disappeared. He was so sullen that I was getting depressed just being near him. Where were the friendly people described in prior reviews? The drunken noodles are the worst I have had in Denver. I couldnt even eat half of it. Maybe they were having an off day but I still wont go back.

Fusion usually isnt my thing - typically, anywhere that offers Japanese food alongside Thai food will not have my attention. However, this place really is a-ok. I ended up here to meet friends who claimed it was an unknown-but-very-good sushi bar - I have to say I agree. The prices are reasonable, the nigiri and rolls are solid. While it wasnt mind-melting or the kind of sushi I dream about, it was good-to-very-good -- Ill be back.

Mid level eatery in Cherry Creek North. Generally service is slow. Most times it is very hard for them to make a minor change in a dish. For example if you ask them to do the hamachi kama a little less or more cooked, they will say they cant do other than whatever the way chef always does it. I cant say any dish really stands out but it is not bad either. At least it is reasonably priced.

Come here often. Special occasions and casual eating, I get great service. Food is always good. Great prices and portions. Highly recommend this place. Limited seating is the only drawback but could also be a good thing because its not overly crowded and ensures better service. Volcano and spider rolls here are good. Nigiri is great. 4.5 if I could.

My wife and I called in an order for delivery and was told it would take 45-60 minutes. Over two hours later and multiple calls to the restaurant, the food finally arrived. We complained to the delivery person that it was over an hour late, the only thing he said was "not my fault". Poor customer service, extremely late delivery, and decent food.

That delicious, clean, and healthy Asian food you always hope to get. I had the sesame style with chicken lunch and it was outstanding with the best sauce and perfect level of crunchy batter on the chicken. My family had the vegetarian yellow curry and mixed vegetables and they loved it. Great service and a very nice atmosphere

I measure a Thai place by their Panang Curry and this place delivers. Big portions, very rich. Lots of meat. Never had Panang Curry with Broccoli which was a nice departure from the standard bellpepper. Where else can you order good Thai curry and seaweed salad from the same place? This is my new favorite Thai place in Denver.

Sushi was excellent. Great prices on their Happy hour roles. My fiance and I went in and ordered 4 rolls and each had several beers and the price was under $30. Ive eaten at Sushi den as well as Hapa and this is right up there. The speicalty rolls arent quite as good but as far as the normal rolls go its excellent.

Routinely extremely slow service for delivery - typically runs over half hour late to deliver past expected time. Instead of receiving food in 45 mins as promised - it typically arrives over 1.5 hours later. Frustrating and disappointing if you want your food on time. Food is good, but service is poor in this regard.

A small order of Sushi took MUCh longer than expected Food was very well made and service was pleasant but kinda short with the attention. Have had lunch and dinner here many different times always happy with food. Not the easiest to see but a fun little spot. Yummy asian fusion.

Our go-to for sushi, Thai or Chinese! Delicious food with no MSG and fantastic service. The owners of sweet ginger work really hard to deliver quality food and a wonderful dining experience. I love that most people dining in know the owners by name. Highly recommend it!

Good decor. Friendly service. Very tasty food. I had the drunken noodles. The meat was very tender and the level of spicyness was adequate. I was disappointed at the small selection of cold sake. The happy hour was very reasonable.
